Commentary setting is not affected by these exports. Try to check the system settings in PES itself - there is an option for setting volumes (music, fx, commentary) maybe there is something set to 0.

I just realized that there was already not enough space for importing all stadium images - even the Scotiabank update seemed not to copy all stadium images. The thing is the game will not tell you if it's not possible to import a stadium pic or a manager pic - unless like aborting the import...

Sorry, I have not used Liga Aguila II, so I have no clue which fake teams they use and if you could simply swap it with Miga MX teams.

No, unfortunately it is not, you can have only one gk kit, but 3rd and 4th player kits.
