Films & TV Shows Into Games Ideas

Which films or TV shows would you like to be turned into a game?

I was thinking '28 Days Later' would make a good one. It would start from the start of the film, and you would play as Selena. The intro movie could be the intro to the film where the activists break into the research lab and unleash the disease. From then on, you are Selena, and you start noticing people are changing around you, and more people are getting infected, fast. To start with, there won't be many zombies that you would have to fight, but as the days pass, there are more and more until the country gets overrun by the "Infected". She meets up with Mark and the other people that were with her during the 28 days of mayhem. From then on, for a while, it becomes like (I don't remember the name) a group game, where you have to lead the group and fight the Infected (like in Gears of War). And, like in the film, members of group leave and "never come back" or get killed/infected while fighting the zombies.

Then you meet Jim - I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to change character, so you play as Jim, since from the time they meet, he ends up being the lead character/strongest character. So, from here we'd follow the plot of the film, where you play as Jim and wonder through the empty London, run away from a few of the Infected, then join Selena and Mark. You go to your dead parents' home, then fight more of the Infected. You meet Frank and Hannah, where you had to fight zombies to get to them. Then everyone agrees to go to Manchester to find "the answer to infection". When you get there, you have to fight off the Infected at the blockade until the soldiers come and take you with them. At the mansion, you'd have to escape the soldiers, along with fighting off the Infected, who some get through the mine field.

That's my idea. I probably could've put more thought into it, but :erm:

Dawn of the Dead. Dead Rising was class and I enjoyed it, but I'd prefer a game that was like DR's Infinity Mode:
A sandbox mode where Frank must last as long as he can. The biggest difference is that Frank can now die of hunger. The health bar drops once every 100 seconds to represent this. Other differences are that food is limited and the transceiver, save, and some watch functions are disabled. Everyone, including survivors, are now enemies (which drop character-related supplies upon their deaths) and they all fight each other for the food they hold in order to survive. The game continues until Frank's inevitable demise and is unlocked by finishing Overtime Mode.
Only with it being more like DoD. Hiding in a office or whatever it was, making mad dashes through the mall for food and weapons, biker attacks, a clean-up crew storming the place, a fellow hideaway gets pregnant maybe or one of them goes a bit mental and attacks you. Stuff like that basically.

A Predator game would be nice an'all.

Football Factory or similar. We need a really good Hoolie game I reckon. Perhaps make it in the style of the Warriors, basically perhaps set it just in London, have all of Londons top Firms go for a meet to see who will lead England into a World Cup or something (a bit like The Firm) only a few boys from each firm are allowed to go to meet and it could go wrong and then a Firm has to make it back home.

So as you can see it is only a loose idea but set the game in London and you have a great location and then just set it around violence. Hooligans Storm over Europe was pretty shite. Rockstar making a Hoolie game is my dream.

I know that they are making Heat into a game, I hope that is actually good and not just another disappointing Film to Game conversion.

Really? I can only think you either have to rob as many banks as possible. I can't see them making Pacino the lead character.

Heroes is out less than a year and gets a game, Angel was on for about 5 years and got shit-all. >_< Angel would have made a great game.

I saw something today that I thought was a ghost trap, which made me think Gohstbuster could make a good co-op game for modern consoles. Simply, it would be like other co-op games, like Left4Dead for example, but obviously, there would have to be more ghosts than there were in the movies, to give the game a longer lifespan.

I've always thought it would be cool if they did a game based on the second alien film "aliens" but now it turns out that they are...
