Yeah that is him he is pretty good.

He has a problem though. he can only play as a defensive midfielder which sucks if you play 4-4-2 and want him in central midfield.

£13mill for Messi is a rip off dude. I was Pompey and I offered £3.4mill on the first day and they accepted.

On my Cambrige United game I signed a pair of strikers at the dieing moments of the transfer window. Lee Matthews from Port Vale on a free and Adriano Rigoglioso from Doncaster on a free. Adriano has good stats but doesnt score as much as Matthews. Matthews has pretty average stats but has scored loads. My line up:

Jorg Steil: GK(Player/Coach)37 yrs old, Free.
Andy Duncan: DR. 25 yrs old. Already at the club
Giorgios Konstani: DL. 26 yrs old. Free. from Cypriot club
Adam Tann: CB. 24 yrs old. Already at club.
Sam Togwell: CB. 20 yrs old. Free from Palace

Ben Davies: RM. 24 yrs old. Free from Chester. 7 apps 2 goals
Nicky Rizzo: LM. 26 yrs old. Free from MK Dons.
Andrey Karpovich: DM. 24 yrs old. Free. 7 apps 3 goals
Darren Way: DM 25 yrs old. Free from Yeovil.

ADRIANO RIGOGLIOSO: AM/FC. 25 yrs old. Free from Doncaster. 11 apps 9 goals.

About the Messi thing can we remember that if you haven't updated your database prior to starting your game, you might be able to get him a lot cheaper than if you have updated like I did. I updated and couldn't get him for £9m - Barca kept rejecting - yet magpie4eva, you told me before you didn't update the database and have gotten him for a lot less.

15 year old legend - Emrah Ekin. 15 finishing and improves vastly.
Sandile Ndovlu - Is on the transfer list so offer £0 for him and done. But sometimes his work permit is a problem

He's quality!

Grabban is quality. Had 5 matches in the Prem and scored 3 goals. Moses doesn't do much, he just runs around and passes the ball. Also James Dayton the unknown Palace youngster is quite impressive. He's a good winger.

i'll mention a couple of player for you people to get started with

Gladstone DC: strong good finishing good heading ( sold for 20 million to barcelona in 2009)

pazzini FC: absolute fm legend ( he's just been sold in my sunderland game for 40 million from chelsea to real madrid)

rafinha dr/mr: the next cafu probably the best dr in the game bar puyol not hte best defensive stats but if like me u play with attacking full backs he gets 22 assists a season also pops into the box on corners and scores.

igor akirneev GK: quite simple the best goalkeeper money can buy great shot stopper big present in goal ( i picked him up 2 seasons ago for 7 million absolute quality has a 7.78 rating over 42 games)

Custodio: Very cheap, very reliable for the Championship or lower, will cost about 10k.

Michael Carrick (on loan) I managed to get him for Palace on loan.

Then theres your young obvious more expensive ones:

Tomas Sivok: Been mentioned a lot, got player of the year in my second season in the Prem with Aston Villa.

Gregory Bourillon: Brilliant young player.

I managed Norwich for three years, and in each season, Jarvis and Ashton topped 50 between them.

Danny Szetela. Very cheap, and good for one so young.
