Since PES3, there has not been a single PES game that has not had certain unwanted features in it that have served to drive gamers fucking mental.
The latest offering is no different. Although the game is a bit of a let down to many, it cannot be denied that PES 2008 is still an excellent game. However, in addition to the usual menu options (or lack off) issues there are also the usual gameplay issues. This time round they are:
Ease of Dribbling........(why bother passing when u can just run straight through)
Ease of Freekicks (concede one against CPU and they probably will score)
Keeper's spilling balls (gtf outta my face with this shit....this sucks most of all)
And this is on top of all the usual CPU scripting of games (including stoppage time remaining most likely time to score) and the same old defensive AI flaws which means 2 player games inevitably degenerate into exploit goal excercises.
Will Seabass ever get it right or does he do these things on purpose to ensure addicted fans of the series are ever eagerly awaiting next 'super improved' release?
