This for me shows how badly this years is scipted. The game is easy to crack but you always score and concede a stupid amount of goals.

its just nets i mean how many time you scored and actually noticed the nets..... i think the main gameplay is the conern.....the middle, defence, attack is the concern. the nets are fine in 2008.

^Yeah and they need to fix the stupid AI and the stupid idea of pace controlling the match (this really sucks).

to me tho if u look at the picture with brasil on the ball against argies. . . . the argies look like they avnt got a clue wat there doin. . . . runnin in any direction, ones runing to the brasil goal. . 2 in the midle gunna collide .. . same old same old!

I have been on FIFA forums and reading all there stuff about how FIFa is going to EAT PES. But to be honest look at this screenshot.

Look how realistic it moves. Look at the bald ones reaction after he misses the ball. Look at the shorts. how can this not be nicer than FIFA's models who have bigger hands then their heads. Just look at it for 10 sec. cause it's awesome

also look at the ball its goes into the grass not on the grass

Zoom on the face, well if that ain't details, then most people here are just pissed cause pes2008 sucked for them

the main thing u guys are forgetting is. . . . the pictures ur seeing apart from one. . . . is not actual game play, so it doesnt matter wha they look like, i dnt know bout u but i buy the game to play it. . . not to watch the intro. . .

You know... at first i thought they were from a trailer. But looking at previous trailers which look better and nicer, where the crowd is like going crazy. i don't really see that in this screen, so i am actually convinced this is ingame

sorry, but the goal nets mean everything.

It is the pinnicle of the game imo! There is no feeling in the world when you see a ball hit the back of the net, wheather its your team or its against you.

When you see that net ripple you know something special has happened, it is what everyone in that stadium or watching on TV has come to see.

Its what we jump out of our seat and scream and shout for, i know the ball only has to cross the line for a goal to be scored but we all love it when the ball gets routed into the back of the net.

So yes the way the nets react and look does matter.:)

the gameplay is my main concern thats why i traded this years version for the ps2 game. For me the nets make the gameplay even more realistic as much as licensed boots or teams. Regarding the screen shots the pitch seems better but you cant tell much from them
