LOL you make me laugh..if you are jealous of me being a level 3 coach, just say that, oh you did but in a different way..!! (it was hard to pass) oh and pro 5 a side is not semi-pro...
i did not say couldnt defend against 'wing runners' (you know what i mean right) as it is still part of playing..i said it was boring boring football cus thats all you do..!!!
Jesus, as someone pointed out before its idiots like you that have let knoami get away with it for 2 years... the fact that your not even in the country with your ps3 means your not even playing pes2009/not played it very much..!!!
the fact is pes09 is ok at best.. the fact that it ##plays the same on ps2 but with reduced graphics says it all..!!## fifa is good not great.. the fact that EA spend more money developing it and employing real football people to develop it.. means they have edged in front for ps3 09 versons..!! i dont doubt that knoami can get back on top, i just think they were a little slow off the blocks for ps3. the fact that they have less than a year to develop the game each year means its a sprint with EA, but EA can a afford better equipment..just look how long gran torismo spend developing a game...
oh and just cus we are saying negative things about pes does not mean
we are 'fifa fanboys' (blind fool) if anything we are die hard pes 'fanboys' who are tryin to prove a real point..'ITs NOT GOOD ENOUGH' try harder, develop longer dont just race to our pockets...!!!!!!!
Ah, the village let their idiot loose again! Honestly, I couldn't care about your level 3 coaching achievement you bought off ebay but I hope you didn't pay too much mate. I don't think you can play semi-pro 5-a-side but unfortunately it was 11-a-side.
You obviously have a fairly limited IQ, given that you're suggesting that our defence of Pro Evo is some deep seeded pyschoalacy (was it?) reasoning. Nice one mate. If you're going to sound educated, at least spell things right. I think it's English for Beginners 101 for you.
I'm not discrediting FIFA at all. This is PES gaming forum, and as such I genuinely have no interest in FIFA because at the end of the day, for me, it doesn't play as well. I also confess that although I am out of the country, visting my girlfriend (that's not your mum) in year abroad programme, that I actually have a life outside playing my PS3. I did however play the demo to death, so I could make an informed decision of what to buy. I thought FIFA was ok, but I don't like the way it handles, I never have. I don't care if you're a fanboy of any kind, I buy PES because I like it better than FIFA. I'm not letting them get away with anything. They put out a product, and I can tell you I'm not compelled to buy it and keep it. I wish Konami had waited another 6-8 months and release PES2009 but they probably haven't been able to because they are beginning to release that EA are pushing them into a franchise type situation.
This is my opinion of the difference between EA and Konami. EA, only care about making the product look appealing to the masses. You only have to look at the titles they bring out and the gimmicks they use to make the public more likely to buy it. If FIFA had no license, they would be screwed. It's as simple as that. They built upon have the most promising footballers each year on their artwork because people identify with Rooney, Ronaldinho instantly. If you want to talk about the other 6 or 7 sports titles they release every year without fail, you surely have to release their biggest selling point is the licensing. The adidas Live feature is genius. For stattos, it's like a wet dream, and they only have to pay for all the functionality. It's more cash in EA's pocket. That is EA's market and they do it well because chumps will buy their product and believe in it. How, for instance, can you defend the Euro2008 title? It was awful, yet they still sold it RRP. That's taking advantage of people I'm afraid. Its intrinsic in our nature to have the newest release of everything and EA knows that a large demographic will consider purchasing.
Konami are different, and I hope they're not going all EA on us. Konami have never been a huge company but they have produced truly groundbreaking titles. MGS is the obvious example. That games, was an still is amazing. The ISS titles were also groundbreaking at the time, despite their limited popularity. It's a sad fact that Seabass and co are probably being pushed by management to release on par with FIFA because it's too rushed, and the one thing you're right about is EA have more money (buying equipment? what?). However, FIFA's gameplay hasn't changed at all. It's always been a revision of previous release. They've been clever this year, but FIFA is still not a good
game. It's a good package. I'm sad PES isn't as good as it should be this year, but I understand why. If PES continues to get a yearly release it will not ever be next gen, and FIFA certainly will never because EA are all about churning out 10-15 titles of gash every year. I think the last genuine good game they made was Populous (I think it was EA).
Simply put, I'd rather buy a title from a company that strives to make great games, than one who strives to get as much money out of their product as possible. That is the core of the PES gaming community. If EA ever got the PES franchise, I would stop buying it because I have no faith in them. I agree that PES hasn't been as good last year, and to be fair, ISS on the PS2 was poor also, but at least they haven't been ripping people off with substandard pish for the past 13 years or so. Until I see a conscious effort by EA not to rip us off, I doubt I'll buy one of their titles. I'll tell you the route I'd like Pro Evo to take, and it's an open source framework. The title itself would be free, but licensing etc would come at a cost, to cover overheads. PESgaming could then become the pioneers in contributing to the game. It's never gonna happen though.
Also, just to let you know. Just because you say FACT, doesn't make it one. Your opinion is a fact because you own it. The judgment made is subjective, hence that's what an opinion.
