Ok so I finally figured it all out. I'll be posting a new thread, but I want to post it here as well so that no one misses it. I'm just not sure which would be the best format to post it as.

Man, I'm having problems uploading a jpg file to the forum. It's under the size limit and keeps saying upload failed! Grrr... such important info and I can't get it out!

No problem buddy! I just want to remind you to watch out because some of them are position dependent.

Someone else posted that he started his BAL player as a midfielder, but got SS and CF ticked and was able to get a forward only special ability. I will try to confirm this later.
