Haha. I can't believe that chance I missed with Berbatov right at the beginning of the second match (I think). We made such a beautiful move and I had more or less an open goal, not too far out either and I blasted it over :huh:
Also, in that game I blocked Andy's shot, although I think it was going straight to the goalkeeper.
Also, my defending was dreadful at times. I kept on trying to play the guys offside, but all that did was allow them a one on one
But I'm starting to get the hang of this team game. I liked that we won the last game, as I decided enough was enough and Giggs, Scholes and Neville had to GTFO. You won't get any sentimental shit with me!

Every time I passed the ball forward I was hoping it would be your player or Andy rather than Derek, although he did get better in the last few games.
Getting rid of the old guard was a good decision but it almost proved pointless when Rafael went down injured on his first touch of the ball. Fortunately he recovered from it though.

Going undefeated will be a bit of a challenge. If we could get a few others involved, we could have a club v club PESGaming match to see who the real A team is on here. I think we have enough Fifa players for this to be possible but am not sure who would be interested. I've noticed BarnDoor playing Fifa a few times but he never answers my messages on PSN so I've never played him.

I was told about the victory. No idea how you pulled it off unless Derek was player fixed as a substitute. Even fixed as Carrick he was rubbish.
I got it naturally without even having to think of being easy with tackles. :unsure:

The thing is, when you're playing team play that is always gonna happen. As soon as a player has got past a defender, the other people on his team are naturally going to run forward and will usually find space as our attention will be focused on the guy with the ball. I thought we just didn't play too well yesterday, myself included. We cannot play with Berbatov up front in my opinion; the guy is so slow on and off the ball.
I think we would have played a lot better, if we had got those 3 wins legitimately, rather than forfeits. I thought we played really well in the first game. Our defending was brilliant. In the secont game, I messed up really bad with Brown twice, which led to goals. My fault. Then we had that run of forfeits. The next game we lost in the first half, as we performed really well in the second. And then it was that bad last game. So out of 7 games, I think we underperformed in 2.
I understand why they cut back, but it was just taking the piss in the last game. I mean, they were playing as Man Utd and they were one man up. They got in good positions and were leading by a lot of goals. Yet they still had to cut back. I give them credit for their passing, but I wouldn't want to play them again.
Berbatov is a bit slow, but I think he's won quite a lot of headers that get flicked on to Ronaldo. So I think he does have his pros. But I don'y mind starting Tevez or Ronaldo there.

Those guys were cheating bastards. I swear they had a forcefield around their goal for most of the match. We were terribly unlucky last night, e.g. when you chested the ball the wrong side of the post and when I hit the post with Ronaldo then hit the rebound onto the other post. :faceplm:
You should have heard me when I chested that ball the wrong side; "SHOOT! DON'T CONTROL! SHOOT!"
Yeah, I was thinking that they must be cheating. It was just too farfetched for van der Sar to make 3 mistakes againt the same opponents. Don't know which one of his was the worse: The Massimo Taibi, the one where he just ran right past the ball and it bounced in, or the one where he literally hit the ball in to the goal, when it was going wide.
The team of the night for me was the guys who picked Valencia. They played some good football. Their movement was brilliant. Very hard to track. Although, I think if the throw went where I wanted to go (to Rafael), and not to the place where I didn't want it to go (to Ferdinand who had Silva right behind him), we wouldn't have conceded that early goal and I think the game would have been a lot closer. I can't explain the throw though. I guess I just didn't put enough power on it, so it went to the closest person. Was really annoyed with myself.
