Another niggle i have about it is, if it didnt have any of the new animation stuff or 360 dribling and it was basic/pes2009 build etc etc at gamescom.. Then why was it so unresponsive???

So if this dude before was telling the truth, when will we find out about the big cannon ball? surely before the beginning of august, before people start pre-ordering I'd imagine.

95% complete code is rubbish. The current code available to those outside konami is 80%. Konami themselves are probably at 90% in japan as the game is only one month away from going gold at the end of sept / early oct as it takes about 3-4 weeks to hit shelves.
Konami have shown what they have to offer this year. The final game will probably differ from the demo in Cologne as they may add further animation (dont expect an overhaul!!!) or tweak gameplay etc and all the finishing touches to the graphics and front-end.
There are many rumours flying around, but Konami have shown their game for this year. They arent hiding anything."

Just quickly read a few posts, and must say sorry I wasn't around to rubbish the claims of someone who quite clearly hasn't posted that rubbish on these boards as he would've got shot down quite quickly.
Also disappointed the story got any air time on here, although with me being away and not being in the position to rubbish it caused some issues. Thanks to Suff to jump in and sort it out.
I'll be back on Wednesday evening and will get back to you all asap.

Thats right adam and suff no everyhting dont they......so what they say is gospel.
The truth is those guys dont have a clue whats going on there about as in the dark as the rest of jo public.
They both think there so well connected its untrue and there little army of followers on WENB lap up every bit of information that comes out of there mouths.
That code at gamescom is the same code they where shown in june plus a few tweaks and they know it is so dont buy into it for a second.
Coming from a guy who claims hes a pes fan and cant even play pes09 because he lacks the skill and knowledge of the real game and can only play the simple ps2 versions on his d-pad.........what a joke
