Don't know about you, but if I was Original? I'd find the "Random...been a member longer than you, just not that gobby..lol" quite rude, it seemed like that the first time I read the post...

but hey I don't want to get into any arguments, I don't really come on here to argue about needless things, let's move on from this now :thumbsup:

Funny last night when I took that free kick and you and Gin were genuinely surprised it went in, it seemed like the last thing you were expecting.

Heading in this game is seriously messed up. I'm 5'7 and in some games I'm unstoppable at flicking it on from goal-kicks. In other games, I can't win a single one of them and there's no consistency in relation to the height of the opposition.

That's why you find me crazily calling for the ball at set pieces sometimes Barn or others on ANY.

It's ridiculous, there appears to be no method to heading. One minute I tap shoot and he bullets a header past the keeper... next time I tap shoot and he glances it!

It's done with then. With regards to manual passing I don't think anyone uses it for the reasons you mention plus any lag can really screw you over with it.

I'll be back on at about 11:15, that 3-1 loss hurt. I'm shit at any when I only have about 5 men to control, I need at least 6, preferably 7. I also experienced some annoying lag in that game.

We're doing pretty well at the moment, long may it continue. Phats scored a goal you'd be proud of Barn, tried a chipped through ball from 40 yards, it went up as though he hoofed it, dropped on the line and went in.

Its a tragedy only Jonno and DC saw the wonderful dipping volley I scored from what must have been all of 35-40 yards last night. I even pulled out the multiple flip celebration for the occasion.

Played well again last night lads, over 5000 once more now. Or at least we were when I left...

I couldn't hit a fucking cows arse with a barndoor last night. Must have had 5 or 6 pretty good headed chances (back to that chestnut again) and all of them were headed high or wide.

Was so happy when I scored in the last game.

And yes barn, that goal was special. MUFASA !!

It was a majestic strike, I'll attest to that! Well worth the multiple flips! Nearly as good as the one I scored the night before with chest control and volley from similar range!

I can't believe we missed so many chances again last night yet still averaged around four goals a game! The one we won 5-1 was special, Barn sent a message saying we may lose at the start of the match! We got five despite missing countless headers and I even rounded the keeper and hit the side netting... in all honesty they couldn't have complained had we knocked ten past them!

We won five on the bounce last night in the second session! I don't think we've done that for a while, need to keep it up now and push onto 5250 next!

Reason I thought we'd lose that 5-1 is because they had 5, and when I'm ANY I don't like going up against loads of people attacking. But when we hit them on the counter and got those two quick goals, that was it.

Original even I couldn't help but laugh when you rounded the keeper and put it into the side netting and started laughing. And then in the next game when I did it and scored and you said "Just because I taught you that in the last game Barn."

Jonno at least you got that goal in the end, good strike I thought.

I also liked my goal when I got on the end of Original's shot - it was going wide, no?

I think it was yes, there was also that one original crossed in, and your guy was more or less one yard out and there were two guys on the line and he did a ridiculously high volley even though the ball was at header height and scored!

That made me laugh.

That one was memorable also, if not only for the cross Original managed to get in from such an angle.

Jonno I thought you should know that within half an hour yesterday Absolute Classic Rock played 'Heat of the Moment' and 'Carry On Wayward Son'. Of course I, like Dean, fagged out, but do you think there's some kind of Supernatural fag controlling the airwaves?

If we're talking about 40 yarders here, my chip through-ball goal with a random generated player last night deserves a mention. I was aiming for Original? by the way.
