Totally agree. I doubt I'll ever use them in future as things stand - the prices are woeful and service has clearly died completely now. I only pre-ordered because they had codes for two in-game items.

Right then, I visited the Citadel toward the end of my session last night and..

Hope I have the option to tell the Council they're a bunch of c**** I wish I hadn't saved after what they've done. The Alliance too. No doubt when I see Anderson he'll tell me he wasn't good enough at the politics and regrets what's happened. Plank.

By the way, is it just me or does Miranda have an ugly square jaw that makes you want to kill her?

I'm wishing I'd picked vanguard for my first playthrough and infiltrator for my second as planned. I've done it the other way around and have only just used the sniper rifle for the first time during the virus mission.

I'm not liking the weapon/armour thing this time round, it was much easier to get better looking armour and more weapons in the first game and also there seems to be hardly any ammo!

Ammo is where I'm struggling with the infiltrator. My sniper rifle only has 10 ammo so I'm trying not to use it. Without my consent, my pistol with 60 ammo has been replaced with what is ultimately a heavy pistol...which has 24 ammo.

Im playing as an infiltrator and loving it! Ive got a huge heavy nuke like weapon..well not literally a nuke but it obliterates enemys but ammo for it is hard to get!

I was struggling at first for ammo with the infiltrator but once i picked up the Heavy Pistol cannon thing and sub mg i was fine. I tend to use the sniper on the stronger oppenents, then use the cannon pistol thing and then move onto the sub mg for finishing off enemies.

Ive picked up a sniper which was semi-automatic but it was weaker so i dont use it. The bolt action rifle is fine just sometimes it reloads automatically and sometimes it doesnt so you line up your shot but got nothing to fire and have to quickly duck into cover again lol.

What a game, played about 2 hours total so far. Lip syncing is off but other than that it is gorgeous.

I like Grunt. I was hoping Wrex would be back in this one but no sign of him yet. There's probably only one Krogan you can take along in this one - that obviously being Grunt.

I have a feeling this game is going to be alot shorter than the first one, I managed to get 40 hours out of the first one.

I ended up playing for about 4 hours last night, taking my total to 15 and I've only just
gotten intel on the second group of squad mates you can recruit. I got sidetracked with some side missions and I plan on doing any loyalty missions I can before carrying on with the main-quest.
I've done Jacob's, Jack's, Garrus', Zaeed's and am in the process of doing Grunt and Mordin's.

Garrus and Jack usually make up my wolf-pack, but sometimes Grunt is needed.

I'm doing side-missions too, I 'accidentally' ran into the main quest and kind of got detoured from the sidebars for a bit. The auto-save is great, sometimes you get out of cover accidentally for a second and someone hits you with a cannon or something, or you lose an enemy out of sight and he kicks your ass from up close.

Good times.
