I felt I had to resurrect this thread since online was really pissing me off yesterday. I just wasn't getting any luck. I didn't lose any, but these are the scores I got:

I should have scored about 3 in each match and won comfortably. Soooo frustrating. Will have to rectify that today!

I was in D1, but then I went to "No division" after I hadn't played for a while. My rating is just under 600, after a bad run of results.

Honestly, you should have seen some of the outRAGEous goals I conceded yesterday. So scripted, could see them a mile off.

One goal came just after I had scored (deservedly). He went straight up the other end, the ball bounced off about 5 players in my box before bouncing off one of his into the net. Another game, I was 2-1 up in the last few mins. I passed it back to my keeper and tried to hoof it, but he chipped it to the edge of my box, straight the opposition. After another few deflections, the guy scored.

I'm fine with AI cheating against AI teams, can accept that. But it's the scripting against human controlled players that is annoying me the most.

I think you need to learn about tactics and changing strategies during the game. I'm in in the d2 and on a 7 game winning run now. Before that I was using a crap tactic and conceding sloppy goals and the team didn't seem to be functioning with any cohesion. Up until that point I was on the verge of giving up on the game because my defenders weren't reacting and there was getting no luck and I started talking like you. But then I tinkered with my tactics bought the right players, got rid of the dross and now I'm unbeaten, absolutely destroying teams making them give up by half time

It's all well and good saying you conceded cheap goals and it was all down to cheating and scripts but if you want to actually do well you need to learn about doing things properly.

If you have a slim lead play down the clock change to a defensive game and keep possession. If you keep blasting the ball clear then it's likely to go to your opponent. Stop panicking and play the ball to the feet of your nearest player and retain possession. This is your problem

Was just playing a few annoying matches against my bro. How is it that if a match is still goalless at half time, the chances are that it will be goalless at full time? It's so bloody annoying.

If you actually SAW some of the goals I conceded, you would see that it was scripting.... the were so fucking obvious it's untrue. I usually do try to keep the ball when in the last minutes, but I the ball with my defender and the attacker was right behind me, passing it to my Gk was the only real option. You should have seen the other goal I conceded in that game. He crossed it, I tried to clear it with :circle: and the defender ignored me, the attacker ghosts in on the far post.

Like I said about the run I had before that, could have easily won each game by about 3, but the game didn't let me. After all, all I can do is aim where I want the ball to go and press the shoot button, it's up to the game if it wants to score. Every game I was having chances upon chances that my forwards were not putting away. Before you say "you have to do this and that and whatever", I know how to finish.

I don't need lessons in how to play the game. I've won about 120 games online and lost only about 20. I know how to play tactically. I also know when I'm being shat on by the scripting, since I have been playing PES games for a long time. I know there is nothing I can do about it, I mean, if I tell the keeper to hoof it, and he does a little crappy little chip... how is that my fault?

Don't tell my you can't see the scripting in this game? It's so fucking obvious, I can usually tell when I'm going to concede before I do. I can often tell when I'm gonna score before I do.

I'll quickly list my 2 main annoyances!

1 - fouls - concede loads of fouls (especially pens) after making perfectly timed sliding tackles - It's very fricking annoying!

2 - Defenders controlling long clearences - if the opposition clears long and randomly and my defenders look to bring the ball down near the touchline, they don't control the ball it just bounces off them out of play. I'm talking the likes of pique, agger vidic and not just any random!

Conceded another bullshit goal in the champions league final, and generally every deflection ended up at their player's feet, never mine. Anyway, the goal...

It started when Joe Cole got the ball, and my player sort of froze on him when trying to get the ball off him, then he gives it to Torres who falls over and the ball constantly bounces around players before finally falling to my player and I pass it clear. Torres, despite being on the floor, manages to get to the ball before my player and goes on to score. Fuming.

Oh yeah, and I'm sick to fucking death of players deciding to do bicycle kicks when they could just head it perfectly fine, even defenders do it. And the fact that attackers miss about 90% of diving headers, like, not even make a connection.

Just replayed, same again. Blatant bullshit. Fuck off Konami for such a piece of shit, I couldn't give two fucks about the rest of the game, but the blatant scripting, the fact that Carragher can out-sprint Walcott off the ball, the fact that the collision detection is a piece of shit and the refereeing is so bad that for it to be classed as realistic is if the actual game had crooked refs every game. This does not happen in football. I'm going back to FIFA where some of the basics are solid. How horrible are this year's football games? EA can't even get career mode right and Konami can't even get the simple aspects right.

I'm actually feeling alot calmer since I stopped playing PES (for the 3rd time)! That said I know when PES2012 starts being promoted I'll be hoping for the feint system to be removed, a proper pace and stamina system implemented and the cursor issue truly sorted. Probably wishful thinking.

Have been getting a lot of frustrating results in MLO lately, thinking about cooling off and playing something else.

The other day I was ridiculously losing 3-0, totally undeserved. I come back to 3-1, then 4-1 at half time. I'm like screw it lets go all out attack and go for it, I eventually make it back to 4-4, even take the lead with 4-5. So I go all defensive and the douche still makes it back to 6-5 with the last kick of the game, during every goal he kept spamming the comments.

*sigh* Would have felt like an epic, great match if the guy just didn't be so annoying...

You should have seen this guy I played today, about 10mins ago to be exact. I'll name and shame him, because he was a complete tosser - Mr-Mousafa. Started with a stupid formation, I went 1-0 (Villareal vs Atletico) through Rossi, deserved. He then went 2-1 up due to 2 very lucky, very similar goals that the keeper fluffed. Half time he changed tactics and moved all his players back, apart from Aguero. His defenders pushed as far back as possibe and just threw the ball up to Aguero every chance he could. I had a few more chances and eventually brought it back to 2-2, which was the end result.
I hate playing people like this. What is the point in playing the game if you're just gonna play cheaply like that? It can't be enjoyable for HIM, let alone being enjoyable for me.

I was playing this one guy today that quit on me and I'm div 2 he's div 1. He took the lead and was giving all the demo chat ''goal'' ''yes'' messages. I then come back and absolutely batter his team 6-1 and on my way to scoring the seventh he decides to pulls the plug and I lose out on gaining my points for the victory and only get the 3-0 win.

Another game I'm hammering someone 5-0 and through some deflections some counted as own goals. Then I score the sixth and it gets deflected( no I havn't got lampard in my team) and then the game gets called off for improper conduct.

It's so dumb for konami to have games abandoned just because of own goals. If some idiot can't defend or purposely scores own goals, then it's their problem. They shouldn't be saved from humilation just because the game sees it as ''improper conduct''.
