Honest Hearts added some melee weapons that have Weapon mods, unlike in vanilla New Vegas, which has no moddable melee weapons.
In Honest Hearts, like other DLC, you are not allowed to take followers with you. However, unlike Dead Money, the game does not force them out of your party, you have to do it yourself. Unfortunately, ED-E can be glitched out of the game entirely. If this happens the game still thinks ED-E is in your party and WILL NOT let you travel to Zion. (traveling to Vault 22, and then taking the elevator to level 5 should cause ED-E to appear next to you)
Unlike Dead Money, Honest Hearts was intended to be released simultaneously on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC [2].
Due to the PlayStation Network outage, PS3 users have to wait until further notice for the release of the add-on.
Honest Hearts, like Dead Money, will raise the level cap by 5[3].
The player's equipment will not be stripped at the beginning of the add-on, however there will be a maximum weight limit that will make the player choose wisely about what they carry into Zion. The DLC features an open-world setting.
Chris Avellone has confirmed that you will be able to return to Zion after completing the add-on.
Honest Hearts will feature multi-condition weathering, adding rain and fog into the game.
