Good for when you always play as Barca or Madrid like most people online.

Im always Tottenham.

Madrid don't have a single player who can shoot like that. There are only like 24 players in the game being able to execute a shot like that.

.....which is shit, by the way. This is also one of the things that need to get addressed in pes 13.

It's L1, but from the right position. Believe me.
Trying it out, its both and both work really well as there is little difference. The chip shot (L1) only happens when you're shooting straight 180 degrees from the goal, right?

Here's how I see it, just quit training now. Say you're with Villa, a right footed player. If you're facing the goal at 45 degrees, coming from the left side, he will curl the ball like that without even pressing on L1. If you're facing the goal at 90 degrees, then you will need L1 to FORCE a curled shot, otherwise they will just shoot regularly.

From what I've tried so far, pressing R2 just cancels the curled shot. All this applies when shooting from outside the box. Inside the box, you don't need to press on anything, they will always curl it like that.

Oh, I just thought R2 because you can curl it with normal players (that don't have the card) so I thought the same with mid-range curlers

I do this with R2.. I do it with Di natale and Rooney all the time on my OML, a great way to score goals, feels abit cheap though.
