London people - As of 1.30 today Game in Oxford St aren't selling it, nor are Computer Exchange in Rathbon Place or Skill in Ealing broadway.:(

Have to say the slowdown is terrible. Playing on wide view on 60hz. When it starts raining you might as well make a cup of tea during the time it takes a cross to come into the box. Still having fun though but will swap for the xbox version if that solves it.

If I remember correctly there were loads of problems with Game & the PES3 demo last year. It was delayed a number of times.

I know but they both still have great stats on PES3 (& seems like PES4 as well). Those 2 were much better than Heskey, Vassell & Rooney on PES3. 1 of the best additions for me on PES3 was being able to swap around the members of your squad.

On PES3 I played as England against my mates. I had Shearer, Fowler and Owen up front with Rooney as my main attacking sub.

According to several posters on Pesfan the demo is now available in Virgin Megastores in Reading and Manchester.

I spoke to both Virgin stores in Oxford Street and Piccadilly this morning and they both said the demo will come out the same day as the full game. 1 of the best ideas I've ever heard!!! ;)

Not that I'm doubting you BazHilder but where did you get this info from? I've got both PS2 and xbox so don't really care but a friend has only an xbox so I've been keeping an eye out whether it's just out for just the ps2.

I actually just asked if the PES4 demo was out, didn't say ps2 or whatever. From the various threads on different PES websites I've read it seems to be just for ps2 but the press releases don't actually mention which systems the demo is out for.

I just spoke to Virgin in Picadilly Circus and they said it's out next friday. An absolute joke delaying it so close to the release date especially after the similar fiasco with the PES3 demo. I expect they'll be a lot of disappointed people wasting their time and money visiting Virgin stores up...
