if you're changing kits via kitserver then you need to find the .bin file with the kit, modify kit with photoshop etc. save back to bin file. Probably a topic to pes2012 edit forum part though. I recommend just using a patch with the kits already implemented fine. Like Pesedit or Firepatch.

OMG, this is an AWESOME thing in new patch. I haven't tried it yet. PES2010 had the heaviest, most unresponsive players in pes ever, and that was the best when you got the touch of it. Human beings are heavy things (mostly) so PES2012 player response times were ridiculously too fast originally
