i find it hard to believe that the game is fine on those specs, but good show if you got it working well i'd recommend using an older nvidia driver that was more targeted towards your card, as the newer drivers arnt even thinking about your card any longer, and havnt been for awhile...

basically, its a pretty fixed thing not much more you can do other than set it in that menu
