Blackstock I have found Dexter Blackstock of Southampton to be one of the best players for improving. Well worth a look in, and yours for about 9000 points at the start of the Masters League. (I don't know what he will cost if you buy him much later)

Rodriguo Defendi / Other Replies I have found Rodriguo Defendi to be one of the best young defenders for improvement during the game, as well as being quite tall so that he can tower above the forwards. Well worth a look in for anyone that wants a defender who will improve! Nice Defense...

I slightly Modified it so that I had one attacking midfielder and then two central midfielders. I changed it using the change position and change role options in the formation editor. I won't edit the previous post though because then it negates the need to write this post!

It was the Cannavaro from Juve, but it was the season in 2007 so he had got pretty old and slow. Damn him. You can't beat the good old English defenders like Terry and Campbell though!
