does anyone else think the shooting is a bit weird on PES 09? The flight of the ball I mean. It seems to float through the air even when u want to smash it

Judging by the demo of pro 09 it is a lot more of a challenge. Especially on top player. I dunno whether thats gonna get easier as I get used to it though. Just to give you an idea of my standard - I have a 74% win rate online on Pro 08 having played over 400 games.

How do u play it off the HD? is it just installing the game from in the PES2008 options and then playing. Also, do you select the pes2008 'cd' icon from the PS3 menu to play or is this playing it off the cd?

If u get the power bar half way on a corner 50% of the time its a goal. If u hit a hard shot, a lot of the time it hits the keeper but still goes in. also, its waaaaaaay too easy to take it round the keeper in a one-on-one situation

Overall i think its a great game. Just a few things annoy me. 1. the amount of corners scored - way too many 2. the odd silly red card 3. the keepers make bad mistakes too often 4. the lag/jerking (i know this is being sorted)

Has anyone managed to get a penalty through diving yet? Will we be able to put the real club badges in the game? Will we eventually be able to have real kits for all teams?

Can u put the kits in without the main data file???? cause i want to keep the players attributes as they are
