did you restore bios to default? try flashing Bios to newest one available! look around in the bios for anything that might be causing the problem!! change pci lane of graphics card ! try graphics card in someone elses pc to determine if the graphics cards at fault..

Try restore Bios to default!! or uninstall drivers and also use driver sweeper reinstall drivers!! or try a different pc-i lane if possible!! p.s you cant change how much vram youre card has got unless its a onboard gpu
