The only boots I have added are the Predator Absolutes. It is impossible to get every player's boot on the game so if I suggest you make you own changes if you're not happy with it. Everybody is going to have a different preference.

FileFront had a shortage of available servers last night so thats why it wasn't working. If you try the link again it should work. There are plenty of servers available now.

If you mean is there an option file that gives you an option of a home kit, away kit and a 3rd kit then the answer is no. If you want these '3rd kits' they would have to be in place of the away kit.
