About Jerome's picture: I think its because he's been given the same Unique ID as Joe Ledley...as its his picture that comes up. So if you go into the FM Directory > Data > Graphics > Pictures > Players > Eng > Championship > Cardiff....go into Cardiff's config file and change Jerome's number...

Each format of the file has a locked or unlocked version. So you'll want to chose the locked version if you don't want classic teams/players.

You should drag and drop the file onto somewhere like your desktop, so it is saved on your hard drive. When you go to yousendit and click browse, locate the file on your desktop (or wherever you chose to save it) and upload the file. You will then be given a download link.

Your thread title is misleading. You should call it your own kit thread if you have got kits you've made to share with others. If you are requesting kits then you should name your thread with a specific request. And 'please help me with the kits' - thats far too vague.
