Like Schumi says, the option file folder is found within the Konami directory in My Documents. NOT the Konami folder in Program Files, as thats where you find the files you're mentioning.

I don't think it's possible to convert PSP goals. As far as I know there's no way of converting them into PC or PS2 format for example so that they can be loaded up and captured.
