now i think i can help u.. mine also pes09 pc version dont be sad man... pc version is easier to use.. i also have the same problem last 2 weeks.. then i try to figure by my self.. doing right and error.. and now my pes is awesome.. there were some of the faces we can just copy paste it on...

I hav try to get to load it in edit mode by putting those file in my document\konami\pes2009\save then i change it named to PES2009_FACE038.. then i go to edit mode in pc pes09... head\face\scan\load then i see there were several image came from a pathces i download before... and then...

it is all about the faces... hahaha... hope that the upcoming pes next year will more excitement by konami...
