There's not a lot of people in division 1, so that could be a reason. Another might be that lots of the super teams will be paying several million entrance fee. I for example have to pay 1.3 million but I assume someone with 250 million worth of players will be paying at least twice that amount...

Simple: allow a search preference for online that looks for opponents who don't want replays of goals/fouls/etc activated. If neither player wants to see replays, just save us the hassle and turn them off. If either wants to see a goal replay, just watch the highlights after the game.

The player packs are random as far as I know. So your player 2 pack might give you players A B and C whilst it gives me X Y and Z. Eventually you'll get the players you want after buying enough packs.

Actually, if you look at the little signs before each suggestion in section 3, he has split it up into categories. Create a Stadium is the header and the suggestions are corner flags, goal nets etc.
