i run my pes on high settings my specs are - p4 2.6ghz 1.25g memory radeon x700 256 80gb hard drive runs sweet no lag so it might be ya memory

yes i use fraps to film my replays then convert them using windows movie maker might not be the best way to do it but works fine.

hello im having no joy with the play.com joypad adapter my own fault really i installed the drivers it came with (doh!) and no1 seems to know how to unistall the drivers. so if any 1 can recommend an adapter that works fine please let me know. thanks for ya help
