me neither erm in the instruction manual of ur modem there shud be an ip address for it (something like 182.198.44.120) or whatever. if u write that in on the explorer bar where u type in websites then it should come up with a page for ur modem - see if u can do that

try a wired connection, shouldnt make a difference though. the only thing i can think of is logging onto the router / modem from your pc and checking if there is a firewall or something blocking it?
