so, just started my second year as a striker, playing for newcastle
when i have a good game, and maybe score a goal or just have a few good shots/passes, i get a rating of usually 7.0, thats about right i guess
if i have a poor game it ranges from about 5.5 to 6.5 , and thats fine too
i have a game against liverpool, and i am playing as centre forward in the middle of a 4-3-3
i have the game of my life, score my first ever hatrick
goals - 3
shots (on target) 7 (6)
passes (made) 17 (14)
fouls (offside) 0 (0)
intercepts 3
distance dribbled 268
by all accounts a pretty damn good game, and we won 5-0! woot!
my rating - 7.0
hmmmm, so is there hidden things in the game that are used to make the ratings? i have read many FAQ's and posts on how to play BAL to its best, i played my posistion perfectly as far as i could see, yet not even a 7.5
is there hidden mechanics of the rating system? or does the computer automatically lower your rating when in the early seasons so you have something to aim for later on
any help much appreciated
