actually it is a variation.. it was made from it.. but i have edited it to be a little more defense orientated... because i found it hard to win away from home in the big matches.. and i made it so that it uses the centre of the field and not the wings... call it the diablo tactic if you want.. but it is only the tactic in the formation.. the way that the formation is utilized is completely different..

If you edited just the formation and left all/most of the player/team tactics the same then it's still in essence Diablo

Plus the fact that you're still on 4.1.2 (Diablo doesn't work as well on higher patches, in the first few any tactics with Gung Ho mentality would mean you basicly won every game and was again just a way of cheating) tells me you are doing that and need to update

Anyways whatever works for you

I'll say for Gabbidon and Earnshaw from Baaadiff, Eustace Jermaine Palmer and Thomas from Stoke, Tom Huddlestone from Derby and Lionel Morgan Nigel Reo-Coker and Jobi McAnuff from Wimbledon.

Robinho is just quality, and i have finally bought C.Ronaldo, he is 28 but he is just quality he can use both feet and can play anywhere in Midfield or as a Striker he is by far the best player on the game for me.

i just got Shevchenko on a free!!! (well i had to compensate Milan with £8.25mill) but still.. that is a bargain... he is 30, but i don't care.. Amoroso is 32 and he is my best striker... and throw Robinho in and.... WOW!! all i need now is a quality Right Sided AM, can anyone give me a few pointers?

anyone know any young good defenders?? that wont mind only getting 15 - 25 games per year for a little while?? ones that do not require work permits either.. because they kill ya if they are only a backup player... you cannot renew contracts...

and how big are everyone's first team squads?? mine is 23 and i feel it is a little low.. so how many do all you guys use??

For a good young defender, try Silvestre, Bouma and Puyol. Puyol is quite expensive, but beomes the greatest defender in the game, I think!

I found Jlloyd Samuel, Fernando Navarro, Mateo Ferrari, Danny Gabbidon and Clint Hill useful for this.

i sold Silvestre.. he gave me the shits.. he kept on getting red carded.. and although he won the World back fo year and crap heaps.. i don't care.. i would rather go without him... but thanks for those names.. i will have a look and left you know how i get on..

/Edit i would just like to add that Amoroso is one of the best strikers in CM03/04 he has scored 222 goals in 191(11) games for me... thats 1.09 goals a game, every game... often he scored hatricks.. he would get atleast 6 - 8 hat-tricks a season... he is 34 and this season he has played 6 games and slotted 10 goals...
