yes!! that player is RVN!! i cristised(sp?) him because he was in poor form after around 7 matches.. he only scored a goal! but then, he blasted me by saying he didnt play enough games...

joaquin in betis wants to be transfer listed, should i offer RVN to them and get joaquin?? i got a lot of covers for strikers

the only problem is that RVN's value might be very little.. coz that normally happens in fallouts.. and you might find he will be worth nothing.. coz that is what happened with amoroso.. but he cam back bigger and better.. after i ignored his complaints about me.. but... personally if RVN is the heart of your team.. or you don't have decent cover for him.. i would keep him.. if he is worth a big and you have decent cover for him.. sell him.. C.Ronaldo is a star when u play him at CF (i am presuming that you're using Man Utd, coz otherwise you would have had to fork out a lot of money to get him..)

i sold him to chelsea but i cheated.. i added another manager in my game and took over @ chelsea and i made an offer for 111 million pounds :D after RVN agrees personal terms, i retire and continue my management at ManUtd

I love CM. I've done everything that could be done, including buying a player for 100k and selling him to Inter for 10 Million, 10-0 victories, CL trophies with very average Turkish teams with low budgets, 53 shots in a game (only 5 goals tho). Also a friend of mine created a superb tactic.. It works brilliantly.

which year did u find the in?? how many of them are regens?
I did seasons with Stoke until 2015. Most of these were good by then.

I'm pretty sure you need the medium database, many can't be found on the small one.

hoe many did you get off a website?
I'd say about half I found, then I found half on a site and had a look at them and kept an eye on them for a few seasons. They're not really ideal for the Madrid's and Barca's but anything outside top six in the Prem should be alright for them to do well. Cerci and Rugratsumee develop really well and are the pick of the bunch by about 2010.

what is the highest amount of goals that a player has scored for you (in all competitions) in one season??

with 16 games to go (if i make it to the finals of the FA Cup and CL) simonneta has scored 71 goals in 41(1) appearances...

I beg your pardon?
I got CM0304 last week and have played one season with Newcastle.
No signings, sold Bramble for £2M.
Many bids rejected.
Won League by 5 points, Arsenal second, had to beat them or draw in last game (won 2-0)
Won League Cup, beat Spurs 4-0 in final.
Won UEFA Cup, beat Galatasaray 3-0 in the final
FA Cup exit, 4th round Everton won 1-0.
Just in Pre season now, have signed Carlos Tevez from Boca for £8M.
Have signed Gazza for coaching staff!
Looking for good defenders, Mexes, Ledley King, bids rejected.....

It all seemed a bit easy to me (although it did require a lot of tinkering with training and tactics and stuff)
I've never played a Championship Manager game since the Amiga, but was intrigued by the 2D match engine (which is great) I didn't enjoy playing a text based game, but now I can see what my team is doing and it makes a huge difference.
I'm starting to get addicted now.....

EDIT= Is there a difficulty level setting? Can I make it harder? And don't say start from the 3rd Division, I have already thought of that. Darlington are soon to be a Premiership team.

Nope no difficulty setting? LOL

Well to make it harder, why dont you, mmmmmmmmm.... Not buy anyone, and sell all your players. And use the reserves ONLY.

I beg your pardon?
If there is no difficulty setting I'll just take it that I'm good at it!
Not sure about the reserves idea though, couldn't sell Shearer, Kluivert Bellamy and the like.....
I think I did well cos I know the Newcastle team inside out. It may be more difficult with another team. I'm gonna do Barca, Boca, Juventus and Darlington. When I get time.

The World Is Yours
Newcastle have been made ridiculously over-rated on CM 03/04 i went as them before, signed no-one and won the quadruple! (League, FA CUP, Worthingotn Cup, Uefa Cup)..and i don't really consider myself a CM Pro..i just quickly choose my team and get on with it..in the new CM (well it is really) FM2005 Newcastle seem to have been made a bit more realistic, i went as them for 8 games and lost to Arsenal 3-1, Chelsea 2-1 and drew 2 other games (Villa and Liverpool i think it was) and when i was Arsenal they were 20th after 3 games but have climbed up to around 12th now and are on a bit of a roll, so they seem to have made it realistic where Newcastle get off to a terrible start but start picking some form up after around 6 games.
