Being a Hammer myself im hoping the prospect of starting a ML with the lads could be pretty good as we have an awful lot of young players..??

Sorry man, they're not in the game... However there is always the possibility to edit The WE or PES Team since all the players there are just made up... Probably because user might want to create there on teams... I think it's a shame that there isn't a function for creating a team with palyers and being able to choose with series it should belong to. If every team had it's own save file fans could have traded them... Talk about a extra value for your money. If these would happen it could be possible to create entire divisions... The entire Premiership, div 1-5. It could be championship manager but with the possibility to play... Ohh... Just dreaming away. Would be nice though.

Yes.

If I have a ML I started on Monday with Makaay in my team... If I change every stat and, apperance and special abilites and developing curve (Yes, It's changeble) on Tuesday and then load my save only The apperance will have changed and the special abilites too (And his name if that's changed). But If I create a new ML on Wednesday then all the changes will be on the In-ML-Makaay.

When searching for new players there is now an option of searching for future stars... Do not know how the game creates this list but it's possible it's players with all great potential...

Here is one of the players from that list... Midfielder Iniesta. Notice the arrows which can be seen by pressing R1 or L1 (I think) on the negotiate pages. So you have Price, Stars from 0 to 3 (How willing the player is to join your team) and also his form arrow... Which indicates ho the players current developing curve is... An arrow that points diagonally up means the player is improving (Usually 15-24 years old), horisontal arrow means he's standing still (will probably drop in a few years, 23-27 years) and diagonally down means the players is dropping in stats (27-40 years old).

It's also possible to search via group like it was last year but this year there is a new group called New M. (Fernandos Patch), The one with the star on the pic. Here you will find all new players in ML thats been added the last season in ML. This will therefore be empty until the second season.

Here is Rooney developing curve. I'm at the end of season 2. Rooney has gained 5 in almost all areas. I also managed to break the curve and develop faster than usual by playing well with him.

Here is a screen from edit player / basic settings (outside of ML). As you can see on this screen there is a new setting called "Growth Type" with the options Late, Standard, Early, Late/Lasting, Standrad/Lasting and Early/Lasting. This is when the player develops... Late means late like Bergkamp, standard is most players, Early is when a player develops early... So if a player has Early and is around 23 he will probably soon start to deteriate. But there is also Lasting which means what it says. The player is better longer but most players will still loose stats around 30. But if you play really well with them... Get good rating after each game you will probably manage to get him to stand still longer.

Think there was one called Peak aswell (% Peak/Lasting) but perhaps that was just "Early" in the old Translation pack from Fernando... Donno.

Yeas, there's a lot more of that kind in WE9. In PES4 you had a 70% chans that the player you just bought (if he had good stats) had a negative curve though he was only 22 years old.

What do you want screens of? Since the framerate of the tv, and my camera are differnt (I guess) I get that black stripe throuh the picture of the scrren all the time so to get those 5-6 I posted I had to take 78 pictures... I took over 2 hours... I would rather play but if you tell me what you wan't of I'll make some more...

Pretty good stuff, Thats what im talking about when it comes to Rooney - but by the graph curve it shows that he deteriates at 23? theres no way in the world that when Rooney is 23 in real life he will start getting worse..? But for the games sake, after 4/5 years of having him, new blood would be good!

I have some more players aswell but I don't use them.
I found some errors in Fernandos patch but no biggies. He's renamed Ajax player Babel to Hofland. I believe Hofland was a defender and Babel is a forward so I'm pretty sure it was right form the begining before he changed that. Some spelling mistakes here and there on players... Still really good though. Feels nice to se all the names.

Gilardino is becoming too good... 95 in shooting acc. and shoot. tech. Havn't missed a single shot in 3 games... So I don't play him anymore...
In the first season Nyström was the number one scorer but there are so many good striker now that he hasn't had enough play time. Zlatan on the other hand is scoring hat-tricks in every two games!

I also though I will start compiling all important stuff in the first post. Be sure to check back often!

A ledgend? If you mean is he unlockable, then you should look at the thread for the unlockable players.. And I don't know which players are on the classic teams. But perhaps you where just wondering if he is really good in the game... If that is the case I do not know since I havn't accually heard of hom before... Sorry, I'm not a big soccer fan I just love this game... Strange perhaps. I like hockey more in real life. But I'm liking soccer more every year since I learn more about players and teams from looking at pages on the Internet and talking about players like now.

I noticed his curve and at what age he should descend earlier today I wasn't happy at all... But hopefully if I play well with him he should be fine anyways.

Yes, that is correct. You choose type of training for each player... Then simulate the training. It saves a lot of time... But it's not as fun... But then again it wasn't fun to train that many players in PES4 since most players were young and needed the training.

PROS: Not spending hours on training.
CONS: Not as fun, almost too fast, stats climp to slowly.

You can't train every day either in the offseason since your players will become tired after training... So every second training you have to rest the players.

Thanks for helping the training issue my friend! im glad that I can actually spend time on playing rather than training every player, got to the point where I had a whole squad under 22 on the last one - took so long tweaking ect.. was worth it though, especially when playing mates ect..
My friend trained Vomme into a Terminator - he was so good - over 93 on everything except goalie stats...

Ohh... I forgot... There is even auto on the auto! There is one option on each training day to just AUTO Train... The computer traines a bit in every stat and makes sure the players don't get too tired since they might get injuried then.
