Does anyone have ability and appearance stats for Darren Anderton? Perhaps from a previous Pro Evo game.

I'm looking to create the Spurs legend.

How dare you call Darren Anderton a Spurs Legend! Our legends include players such as MIDO and Klinsmann. We were lucky to even see Darren make an appearance

How the hell is Mido a legend? He's only scored a couple of goals, Anderton is a legend for Spurs because in the last decade he made 223 appearances, compare it to someone like Roy Keane who made 253 appearances in the last decade for Man U. Does that really suggest the Anderton was a sicknote. Besides Spurs legends include Ardiles, Sheringham, Klinnsman, Jennings and Gascoigne, Anderton is more of a legend than Mido will ever be.

I'm with you GoonerLover66. Mido's never gonna be anywhere near the player he was in his day. If Tottenham had someone half as good as him in their line-up today, they wouldn't still be so poor!

Ok then, Maybe MIDO isnt the best example of a legend but you cannot be serious in calling "Sicknote" a legend. It wont be long until World class legends come to the lane such as Beckham and Raul. The futures bright for Spurs whilst Abramovich is gonna go into bankruptcy and Henry will move over to Barca! Spurs 4 Europe!!!!

Wake up and smell the humas for crying out loud. Raul and Beckham are big rich money seekers. They wouldn't come to Tottenham otherwise they would take a paycut. Sure there have been rumours but does that suggest Beckham would come to Tottenham? Most agents make up stories so that they can get a ton of cash. Anyone remember the Davids to Tottenham rumours? Just face it, Anderton was a Tottenham legend and I'm actually standing up for him (which is strange as I am a major Arsenal supporter). If you want to claim that Tottenham can afford Wright-Phillips and Raul then just think, since when have Tottenham had Bill Gates owning the club. So I may be out of my league but just stand up for your own legend.

P.S: Do you actually know a thing about Henry? He has said many times before that he will stay at Arsenal for however long they want him and I think that we want Henry at Arsenal. And those were big words for a person who believes Pedro Mendes is the next Deco.

Damn right!!

Well done GoonerLover66, you are spot on! This man is living somewhere else if he thinks Tottenham could ever get class players such as Henry, Raul and co.

Darren Anderton is the worst player for Birmingham City. He is not even good enough to play for Bristol Rovers.

I will not accept the fact that DARREN ANDERTON is a legend. You would not believe the amount of times that I went to the lane to find out that he was missing due to failing a late fitness test. TOTTENHAM is the future because our players are improving weekly and with youngsters coming in such as RETO ZIEGLER and STEPHEN KELLY and with the prospect of playing in Europe next year, we can become a huge threat for winning the Premiership within the nxt 10 yrs. Then you will see propper SPURS LEGENDS at the lane! Bring on S.W. Phillips

I may not like Tottenham but i like Mido but no-one else from tottenham. By the way the ball did not cross the line in the Man Utd vs Tottenham game.

:realmad:
What are u on about mate?
Start talking about the quality of those appearances!
Anderton should never be mentioned in the same chapter as Keane let along the same sentance!!!
England squad, yes, but by whom? GRAHAM TAYLOR, along with John Salako, Geoff Thomas and Alan Smith. I rest my case!
The only reason anyone thought he was good cos he was the only player at the time able to use his left foot!
May I suggest that if you insist on using Anderton you rename your team 'Lazy Wasters who never performed for club or country'

You may use the word legend when referring to Klinsmann, Gascoigne, David Ginola, Clive Allen, and Certainly Chris Waddle and maybe more, but certainly NOT Darren Anderton

Thanks for reading

Darren Anderton played for England under Bobby Robson too ! But wasnt Taylor the man that introduced Shearer to the England squad so he might no a little bit about football. His only real failure was at Villa but there I think most people would fail.

:welcome2: to Planet Earth

If he is so rubbish then how come like I said he made 223 appearances for Tottenham and was an England international (about 15 caps) it's much better than any Bristol Rovers player could do, and how can you make your point, were you an England international?

Point 1 to me! :D
