but is still better tho...On FIFA there is a power bar which gives you the opton to whack it into the top corner or place it in the top corner :cool: for example...If you aim at the bottom corner and u lightly tap the shoot button he will do a slow place into the corner but if you do full power he will smash it into the corner :)

Anyone would choose corner that way!!!

Anyway I have to say the penalty-taking in Fifa is more in-depth, unlike PES3 where the players' only decision is the shooting direction :(

But as we all know..Its the little things that FIFA has that pes3 does not have that would make it a much better game (celebrations, player liknesses etc.) Have you seen Scholes close up on FIFA!!! OMG!!! :cool:

Agree with you there but I was doing a comparion whether it is possible to score the easy way ie by hitting it right at the centre. In PES3 getting fancy like hitting the ball left or right may just see your shot going wide. The easy way was to hit it right at the centre. In Fifa, I 've also discovered that it is very much easier to score by hitting it at the centre. However I will not be surprised to see prefixed instruction for penalties eg banana kick right or left in Fifa 2005.

I'm just after playing fifa there for the 1st time to see what it was like and i have to admit i absolutly hate it. what is with the abilty NOT to be able to dribble the ball and as for the free kicks :rolleyes: there might have been a time a few years ago that I would have said different but PES came along and fifa is all but forgotten in my mind. I will admit though the animations and some of the little things are slightly better in fifa but that will all soon be implemented into PES at some point in the future.

The gameplay is superior to that of fifa's!!! it felt restricting that i couldn't dribble past anyone and I don't mean the big massive beat every player in the oppositions team dribble, I mean dribbling past 1player, it sucked a55!! PES and WE (WE being my personal favourite) are amazing and we can only expect bigger and better things to come

Have you tried ISS3, it is much better than Fifa but not as good as PES. My only grouse is that the players do not get injured at all and that is unrealistic.
Perhaps we can see some changes in ISS4. If Fifa continues to be tested by someone who knows next to nothing about football, I will not be surprised to see both Club Football and This is Football overtaking them once they get their players moving.

Most probably, this is football I thought was always a pretty decent game, not spectacular but not bad either. It will overtake fifa eventually and as for club football, haven't played it as of yet but hopefully will be getting it within my grasps later this week

i reckon there should be more companies trying to make football games because it's good for cmpetion and so football fans can have more choice on what kind of football games they want to buy. i know a few ppl who like disney football because it's dumb and easy and more important it's FUN
