i dunno if this has already been mentioned but the crowd need to be dramatically changed.
i would like to see:

-away fans to be situated in the same place in the stadium on the game as in real life, i noticed fifa has done this but pro evo still puts away fans in the kop end!!

- louder crowd. i dont think the crowd are loud enough, when i score i want an explosion of noise!

- chants. each team on the game should have a song that the crowd sing, i feel this would give a really good atmosphere.

- fences between home/away fans

- i think it would be great if there was a default cut scene of a fan in the crowd waving a flag or flare, like the intro video. or cut scenes of fans reactions to misses or goals.

- lastly, different goal sounds, spanish and south american fans shout gol! when they score whilst we shout yeah/yes/get the f*ck in there!!

When playing in League Mode, games should not all be played at the same time each week. I'd like to see mid-week and Sunday games so that you get the realistic situation where teams have games in hand on each other, rather than all the teams in the league on the same games played.

i don't expect to see too many changes. all i want are: improved keeper AI, updated classic teams, a Maltese team, searching for an online player to play against from the game itself, like enemy territory does, and a more detailed crowd; some people standing, some waving, some shouting, some waving flags, different chants and a mind-blasting GOOOAAAAALLLLLLL!

i think that you should be able to make your own team chants, maybe by using the PS2 microphone??

and also use the eye toy to put yourself in, or use eye toy and hold a picture of a footballer you want to edit??

Don't know if this has been put yet, but a better penalty system would be nice. Instead of having just the 6 places you can out it, you can hit it anywhere, it would make better use of the analog.

We need the option to Loan out players, and a better card system, a more realistic one.

5 Yellows = suspension instead of 2
1 Red = 3 match ban

And injuries should tell us what is wrong with them, like in PES3

I don't think a power bar is a great idea. I would prefer full use of the analog stick to give more freedom when taking penalties.

Some sort of Team-of-The-Year/Month/Week would be good.
And at the end of the season the winner of the WEFA-trophy gets to play this Team-of-The-Year/Month/Week(without the WEFA trophy winners of course.

There's some small things too, like corners/free kicks/throw ins that could be improved.
Say,throw ins from a 3rd person view,say MGS style.

when the players are carrying the ball down the wing they should look towards the center for a cross b/c now they just stare straight down at the ball and hit a cross without looking, it looks dumb on replays
