Get rid of Master League - its amateurish, dated and very Japanese. Bring in a full European league system, with transfer markets, and champions league and uefa cup tournaments. There was 6 full leagues in PES4, so this could be done. Doesn't need to be licensed, as long as the real format is there.

If we do have to have the Master League, please Konami can we have the old format back with divisions 1,2,3,4 etc...I hate the new system.

Another new idea

Reserve team matches! Or something similar

When you already have a good team, and you;re buying youngsters who you know will grow to be great, its annoying having to sub them in whenever you like in a top game, when they cant dribble or shoot yet.

Having smaller games for your subs and new players every few weeks would do no harm, and would help them grow better.

hey that's an excellent idea. but do you play the games of the subs or does the assistant manager play them?

Hmm, not sure! I'll let marketing deal with that (sorry simpsons)

Maybe you could have the choice of playing if you wanted, but an assistant manager would be a sweet thing to.

Perhaps you could buy different managers and assistants. Each costs more if they are better. Hmm

There ought to be a button combo which allows certain players (the number of players should be limited who get this additional skill) to make a speed boost. It would be so cool to see a winger cruising the sidelines on rocket boosters. But seriously having a fast player should make a difference even in 5 or 6 stars in PES5. Otherwise acceleration in devalued in the game.

Why should there be? all they need to do is make the difference more clear. real players accelerate gradually, and so should the players on the game not by some extra button

54. Make your own kit - literally, have a pixel, layer editor for the kits so u can make them more in depth

55. Use the USB headset to make your own commentary, get rid of the annoying "d - yemba" and stick in djemba djemba. "that was miles off" could be changed to "how wide do you want the goal"

56. Streakers on important matches, or a more televised feel

57. keep the clock running continuously since when did it stop in real football

58. pre programmed kit changes for teams in the master league, if the other teams kits were just changed slightly, it would make the game more interesting.

I like the current format of the Master League. Player development is a big plus in this seasons PES/WE.

The only bad thing I can say about it is that it does indeed sound very Japanese. So in that respect, I agree with you jamez.

I'm thinking that they should drop the "League" mode and stick with the current Master League format (where players can develop). All I'm saying is to rename the "Master League" mode into something more respectable such as "Career Mode".

I do agree that the Master League has moved forward, as you said, player development is a great addition. Its just the format of it that has gone backwards. All you do now is get out of Division 2, win division 1 and the cups and thats it.

I would prefer it if you started in a 4th or 5th division and had to work your way up to a European premier league. All the divisions should be mixed and not regional. I get fed up of playing the same teams.

while i was watching the juventus vs fiorentina game, i realised that the ground seemed to big. should the ground in pes5 be larger? if they do that probably they need to make the AI much better because otherwise there will be holes everywhere

For a better PES5

Hi! This is Madeira Island calling :)

Here are a few corrections/sugestions for PES5:

a) The long (and even close) range shots in PES4 are too week! It's almost impossible to score that way, and i don't think we're talking about my ability to put the ball in the net!

b) The head shots are almost harmless!! It becames anoiyng to cross the ball! A bit disapointing!! It's my opinion and my friends too!

Please Konami, be aware of point a) and b)

c) The free kicks! I used to score a few free kicks (dear Bergkamp....) in PES, but now i almost can't score one! Is it me ??

d) The injurie time. It's very short. How can you explain that sometimes it gives 3 minuts before half-time, and in the end just 1 ???!!!

e) There are no striped kits! And the sponsor editor is limited...

f) The penalties. It's irrealistic the number of penalties per game!

g) The licenses..... always the licenses.... please put Superliga Portuguesa!! Ok Ok, i heard you..... it's almost impossible....! :)

Hope Konami at least makes some of the changes that are needed

But above all, the ISS/PES series have that FANTASTIC GAMEPLAY, miles ahead of other soccer games, that almost makes you forget all that i have said a) to g) !!!

This is all from a ISS/PES player of the Atlantic!

Paulo. Madeira Island.

I hope in the next game that the master league trasfers is getting a litle bit more realistic. When clubs like everton is buying the poorest players on the game such as vonander and the other players you start with, something is wrong.
I would also like to see the draw of the group phase of Wefa masters cup and so on. The rating system has to be better, espacially for keepers. And all the other things people has mentioned on this forum!
Someone should send a list to konami, or show them this threads. If I worked in konami I would liked to know what the fans thougths are on what they should have in the next game.

(bad english) I know !

I would like to see the Portuguese Superliga as well. The Dutch league is no better so why not. There are some good Brazilian players in Portugal.

i dunno if this has been mentioned yet but an annoying thing which always happens to me in pes4 is when the ref blows the ht or ft whistle when im either clean through or on a counter attack, this pisses me off! it never happened in pes3! so i hope they get it sorted for pes5.
