Seriously guys, know what you are looking at before you judge it, the first vid was the current gen Fifa 07.

There is not enough 360 footage out there to judge the game adequately, in fact, to be honest, there isn't enough 360 footage of PES6 to judge that either (even though most people think that game is just a port based on 5-6 mins off footage from an incomplete demo).

Here is your fifa video on 360.The graphics are cool,but...they are presenting features as "new" when they are in PES for AGES.For example :
"The ball is separate from the leg and animations" - WOW
"The animations are fluid" - WOW again
"the A.I makes choises depending on the situation" - did I say WOW
"every situation is uniqe" =WOWWWWWWW
I realy laughed when he say "Its now possible on next gen"...from how many years PES have all this?10 years?Well now maybe the war in the genre will really start,but I see myself playing PES,atleast when fifa is released and we will see the result(but never trust EA,they do crap after crap).

First post, I have been a fifa hater in the past but FIFA07 for xbox360 has been developed by EA canada and is completely build from the ground up. Granted the gameplay cant be compared to PES/WE yet but we will see on the next-gen systems. A bit of compatition would be good for both series.

Agreed... competition is great for us, the gamers! Konami is starting to light a fire under FIFA's asses and so they're rebuilding from the ground up. They also did this with their NHL franchise to compete with the 2K series. Unlike Madden, which has no competition is basically crap again! I'm all for Konami and EA going at each others' throats because it means we might actually get two really good football games from them! I'm willing to give both a shot.

The reason i enjoy playing FIFA just as much as Pro Evo is because of the Career mode. It has sooooo much more depth than the Master League, you get to pick you're sponser, negotiate with players, and when you go into debt or you get fired, it isn't game over like in Pro Evo (I hate that), you just get to manage another club. If you could combine FIFAs depth and licences with Pro Evos gameplay and graphics then you will have the ultimate football game. Until then, I guess I will just have to buy both.

I'm Sorry and I know that this is a PES forum but you guys are so biased its unbelievable.

That video is looking sweet. Yes, you heard me. The Graphics, the commentary, the crowd (which is 100x better that in pro evo), everything is looking really good. Also, FIFA has so much more depth than pro evo.

All in all, I'd give that 9/10, the same as I rate PES5. Konami are going to have to come up with something special to beat this. I'm off to pre-order PES6 and FIFA 07.

Finally, someone feels the way I do, because it's a forum dedicated to PES, I think some people feel the need to be hating on Fifa 07, I admit that the current gen fifa does look shit, but from what I've seen from the xbox 360 version I'm agreeing with Revert.

You aren't wrong,i feel the same,it had to happen someday...the reason:
1.EA understanded what real fans want,the problem is they are new to simulation(until now they were REALY good in "soccer pinball" genre,but NOT simulation),so I expect Fifa 07 to be the first step,still PES would be superior.
2.Konami see that Fifa sells more even though PES is WAY better,so why should they improve gameplay,when no money are coming from that?Well thats not so true,but I really hate this changes
-easier goals
-more speed(when you make a "simulation" you cant boost just for more adrenaline...)
-sloppy keepers(THAT ANNOYS ME)
PES6 will still be good,but this things annoy me and the small depth in ML...about the graphics-no Fifa is concentrated on this,PES is still archaic.About the licenses is true,but thats good for us,no?!To me PES is becoming more like fifa because of the little arcade taste it have right now(WE10),but I hope ALL this be fixed until PES6 is released and we can enjoy the game again...

FIFA is not a bad game. When are most of you going to realise this? Just because you are posting on a PES forum doesnt mean its illegal to say good about EA. You are all putting the game down until youve played it, and imo, you just cant. I personally, dont like the look of the new FIFA on ps2, same old graphics etc. but other aspects impress me, like revert said, the career mode is miles ahead of Pes' ML, and also now that the ball phsyics have been supposedly sorted, the games is looking better than ever.

I will be buying PES and possibly renting Fifa to at least give it a go, unlike some of you guys.

Errr... its for all versions actually mate. Ps2, Xbox, 360 and so on, the ball phsyics have been dramatically improved on every console which is one step Fifa needed to make, hence why some people are saying how Fifa has got a step closer to Pes, which in my opinion, it has.

fifa is not a shit game if it's on next gen or ps2 the fact is pes is still the better game. just watching the vids you can see that fifa still shows gameplay that is inferior to pes and if its a choice who get's my money it will be konami every time like I said it's not that fifa is bad the fact that ea try to change is a good thing but it Will never be pes.
