I started using ipswich, got some arsenal's reserve players on loan
I have found the Arsenal players I have loaned/signed to be pretty useless - with the exception of Graham Stack.

When I arrived at Forest in Lupoli was already there on loan. Due to his uselessness I didn't extend his stay, and this was at League 1 level.

After gaining promotion to the Championship, I brought in Sebastian Larsson on a free transfer. He was very average and subsequently wasn't a regular in the side. After a couple of seasons I sold him to Conference side Exeter for 325k!!! I was just waiting to hear that the transfer couldn't go through due lack of funds, on top of the fact that I didn't think he'd accept a move down there.

But generally my loanee's have promised a lot but delivered little - Rossi and Rasiak spring to mind, who didn't manage a single goal during their loan periods, coupled with poor ratings.

oh, the arsenal players that I got were Lupoli and Larsson.

since you are an ipswich fan, who are the regular starters in real life?

He was sent out on loan so obviously hes not a starter

Supple and Price are definatey ones for the future but dont leave your goalkeeping in the first season to them.

Dunno some League 1 team.

On the topic of loaning out players, I have this player called Shane Paul. He plays for Aston Villa and he has great stats for a relegation threatened Premiership team. But I'm a bit worried that he might not be able to handle the PRemiereship although he is in my first team. Hes only 18 with no experience at all. He doesnt play week in, week out but he does play a few games. Should I loan him out?

I always think that if a player gets a high average rating, I won't be too concerned with his age or past experience. It means he's performing well. If he isn't getting a high average rating but you think he could be an asset if he plays more, loan him out.

Remember, playing or not, your training facilities could help him develop faster than loaning him out could - sometimes I loan out players who end up never playing

I'd say he's good enough to keep. Does he strike you as someone you'd need if anyone got injured? Benedict Vilakazi used to get 7s for me at Milan in FM2005 and I kept him as I felt he'd get better experience with me and the club's training facilities, plus would be available if the likes of Rui Costa and Pirlo got injured.
