There's a number of things you can try.

If you've been at the club for a while, and have built up decent rapport with the chairman, the easiest way to sort the problem is ask for a larger wage budget. You can do this from the Board Room screen.

The next easiest thing would be to sell players. Obviously this would have to wait until the transfer window opens - but that doesn't matter as if you're over your wage budget and have no plans of signing more players, it's all good.

Thirdly, try and negotiate a few of the players who are perhaps getting on a bit, yet still have substantial wages, into agreeing lower-paid deals. Especially look for those players who you've got on "Important First Teamer"-type status who aren't any more. They'll normally accept a drop in wage, as long as you tell them they're not going to be playing every week accordingly.

Fourthly, you could just fuck the club. Resign, and go and find someone richer who can accommodate your (probable) craving for signing three strikers to many at four times the wages you should.

That's all I can suggest for now.

My regular full backs in my Norwich Premiership winning side :) You should retrain Marcelo as a left midfielder however.

I am in need of some help lads. I have spent the night downloading lots of files, putting them on a cd and then transfering it onto my laptop and putting them in the correct folder. You see my laptop is not connected to the net and I normally play FM on here but decided to install it on the laptop so I can play out the back and chill with a beer in the sun. No need to be cooked up in doors and the weather is getting good so I shall sit out the back and make the most of it. :happy:

Most stuff seems to be working ok, especially these ILogos I downloaded but for some reason they are all coming up except the Premiership ones and it is the same with the kits. All appear bar the premiership and the Internation ones yet the kits worked fine previously on my PC.

Any ideas? Oh and the backgrounds I put in the background folder are also not showing up.

Help would be greatly appreciated~!
