What the fuck is the point of "Jaded and in need of a rest" seeing as it doesn't seem to take anything away from a player

try to make a player interaction and say you'll rest him for 1 week or so

I tried getting the latest update for FM, and when I click on Look for updates it finds it, then when I click on download, it just says the page cannot be found. Any help?

As this is a different computer I started with Milan two weeks ago, immediately got rid of Kaka, Gattuso and Gilardino and brought in some young players( Higuain, Nani, Silva, Dessena). The shit hit the fan midway through the season, I got a few bad results and was in 7th place. Then I thunderstruck over Inter (6-2), Livorno three times in a week, and twice Lyon in the quarterfinals of the CL and they offer me a new contract. Always go for a one year contract, in case I get an interesting offer.

Anyways Sampdoria is on top and Inter 2nd, nearing the end of the season.

That always use to happen to my strikers, till I got about 4 world class strikers.

Slavkovski, Okaka, Haworth (21 year old worth 30million) and Preston (another youth prospect)

I rotate all the time, so I never get it. If everyone (minus my second GK) doesn't play at least 20 games, I'm disappointed in myself. :/

Sergio Ramos / 27.5m (I was very tempted to sign him as his clause was for 27.5m only).
Manuel Ruz / 4.7 (excellent RB, only 23 years).
Pocognoli / 6.5m (looks pretty good, can play as LB/WB/LMF).
Al Bangura / 15m (I need a DMF and he was the most cheap. Very good stats for a Sierra Leona player).
Antonio Puerta / free (I need a LMF, and he was free and looks pretty good).
Sherman Cardenas (amazing stats).
Gonzalo Higuain / 20m (always scoring).

I still have 14.5m to spend and Eli Zizov (CF, only 18 years, looks very promising)) from Sevilla is arriving for 2.5m.

Made it to the UEFA Cup with Milan in the first season ( :/ ) and decided to throw it around rigouriously. Sold Pirlo to Barca for 21m, Ricardo Oliveira 19.75 to Roma and on top got a transfer budget around 55 million.

Brought in Leighton Baines, Eduardo Ratinho, Diego Milito, Miroslav Klose and almost Tevez but I had already greenlit Ratinho :/ David Villa signed a new contract with Valencia so he was impossible to get, a min. fee release clause of 174,000,000.

when I was Juve, I got the same offer too. Already gave them a warning but they still come back asking me how much do I want for him. This happened at every transfer window.

I never got a £100m offer though.

I remember getting some ridiculous bid like that for Higuain in my Utd game. Sold him quicker than you can say yes.

It also happened to me in my Fiorentina game. Inter Milan made a co-ownership bid to buy Ricardo Montolovio (sp), So I asked for £100million and a buy back price of £5million. And, they came back and offered it. Never goes through though. He always rejects them, but, you know that they don't have the funds to pay it anyway.
