Hmm, I think at first it is very hard. Hard to score, .etc.

But when you get used to it, it will be less harder.

Is it my managerial abilitys or is this year's Football Manager extremely hard?

Don't all attack me if it's just me but i don't know who to start a season with as my Wigan one crashed when i didn't save it and i was very far so i'm after starting a new one but don't know who with.

My brother's got the game and, i hate to admit it, but he is good at playing this game, but he's said he's struggling with Spurs. Though he said Spurs were not as good in this game. I'll be getting it for my birthday, getting bit impatient now though.

This is rediculous... just played Newcastle... Benayoun, Keane, Torres, Arbeloa, Kuyt, Gerrard and Riera all picked up light injures (thankfully none are out for longer than 2 weeks)

See what I mean now? Injuries at a realistic rate is fine, no issue there. Injuries to that extent, which I was getting week after week, are completely unacceptable.

They've reworked the match engine and made a hash of it. Wan was telling me a day or two ago how John Terry scored four goals in one game - all headers from corners. Its a similar situation there as with the injuries - something occurring repeatedly as the coding isn't balancing events correctly.

Even worse... in my next game, Aurelio and Dossena are both out for 1 and 2 months respectively... so I've had to make an emergency loan offer to Razvan Rat (which I presume he'll turn down).

Light injuries occur so often on this, it sometimes makes tactical changes impossible... say you need to attack, but you're forced to replace a midfield playmaker with an anchorman, just because the opposition thug crocked him...

EDIT: Rat actually did sign for me on a 2 month emergency loan (I wooed them by adding in the clause that I could buy him for £12,000,000 during the loan, which I have no intention of doing).

And similarly, I suppose Football Manager is an emergency loan for me to get my gaming fix while my PS3 is being repaired.


And what a surprise, Torres is out for a month following my next game...

That injury bug has happens in my game, and ridiculously it's not short. Alex, Ballack, Owen, all out for 2 months while Pandev is out for 3 months. Fortunately, I have good reserve players in Ben Sahar and Michael Woods to be the backup.

A Windows XP Mac. :huh:

I'm going to try and update DirectX and see if that helps in any way. But I doubt it.

Yeah, didn't solve it. I finally thought I'd won my first game, then it froze after I gave my full time team talk. It seems instead of the injury bug, I have one where it's impossible for me to win. :/
