a bit off subject, but did you notice the stars above your ML teams badge signifying championship titles Giggsy? i've got 2!!

i do seem to miss loads with certain players, Mat takes most of mine now (created obviously) or Ibsen (promising player i trained, he's excellent now, i play him instead of Ronaldo)

holding down takes too much pace off in my view! easier to score without it for me,

Why is everyone saying hold down when taking a freekick???

I find that when holding down which taking freekicks loses alot of pace and power off the shoot.

When I take free kicks I hold down either down or up depending on the distance from goal and left or right depend on the curl I need to add, and I have just started to use R1 to dip the ball under the bar!

close in i hold down, gets it over the wall and the free kick is too close or the keeper to react usually, further out its like a pass back

No, it isn't. Far from it.

Okocha's free-kicks are better than his stats would indicate. Then again, 87 FK Accuracy and 88 Curling isn't that bad.

I never even think about using him, he's rotting in my reserves after scoring an own goal in the WEFA Semi's 2 season's ago. it cost me the game, and the wounds are stil fresh...lol

As far as stats go, he is probably the best free-kick taker in the game. His shots curl like a boomerang.
