I just had my 1st glitch..

I was riding a bike in the subway when suddenly along comes a train and I go towards the left of it then I'm falling through then map and then I end up in the middle of the triangle..

I think i just made it to the second island or something not sure, you have to chase that fucking biker.

I've unlocked the island where he is talking about , so I'll have to find a tunnel near the last island if the police are blocking it..

You don't need to unlock anything. Just get to the train station where you chased the guy off the platform and turn right and keep driving.

You can't, the cam-phone is used only during missions, you can receive some images during a mission telling you for instance to kill that guy or crook, download it into the police car and the PC will find the crook for you.
It's actually a nice feature.
