urm, the equivalent of LA - Gangwars such as drivebuys and machetti slaughter seems intriguing. LA is the Gangsters Paradise.

yeah i know there was a program on about the gangs in la. i cant wait for san fierro (francisco) cos i went there on hols and it was good. roads are really steep

tis sounding class every time somethin new is released. alcatraz missions would be ace. with the whole taking over areas from other gangs and making money. wouldbe nice if u could go alcatraz and take it over. and get tourist money or somehtin lol. i dunno
but www.gtagaming.com has been doin some great research on possibilities for SA so far. such as a porsche 911 to be in it based on the reflection of the car in the womens sun glass's on the box. catalina from gta III (the one who got ur guy sent down at the very start video) could be in it. as on the liberty tree site it mentions her coming from los somethin.

new things confirmed on www.gtagaming.com are that there will be combine harvesters and monster trucks in the game .

- The Draw Distance in the countryside is 4 times better than that in Vice City.
- The Mountain, Mt. Chiliad, Is the biggest single object in the game.
- You will start to see clouds when you reach a certain altitude on Mt. Chiliad.
- There are tunnels and lots of foliage on the mountain.
- Two of the country side cities are Dillamore and Angel Pine.
- There is a Liquor Store and Trailer Park in Angel Pine.
- It is possible to attach and detach the trailer on the back of large trucks.
- Dillamore contains a Gas Station.
- A mission involves robbing the Gas Station in Dillamore, however it results in CJ and his accomplice stealing the large Gas Truck outside.
- The foliage in the countryside is only drawn when the player can see it which keeps the game feeling vibrant and alive, but also maintains a steady framerate.
- The M-16 Assault Rifle will make a come back.
- The longer the player holds down the R1 button, the more chance there is of getting a headshot on an enemy.
- Unlike previous GTA Games, the players stats actually change the way 'their Carl' will behave. If a player drives around on a bike a lot, they will be a good bike driver in the game, but won't be as good at driving a car.
- New vehicles include a 4x4 Jeep, Quad Bikes, A Monster Truck, A Combine Harvester, A Dirt Bike and A Gas Tanker along with what appears to be a Sabre, A Rancher, A Walton, A Greenwood, An Esperanto, A Sentinel, A Bobcat, A Virgo and a Manana from Vice City.
- The Monster Truck does not have a hand brake, but rather the ability to switch to 4x4 steering mode, which gives the vehicle an extremely small turning circle which is great for navigating through the trees in the country side.
- The Monster Truck also has the ability to drive through shallow rivers thanks to it's raised body.
- Players will have to be very careful when driving the Gas Tanker as it will Jack-Knife very easily.

Fucking hell, how much can they fit in one game?
The mountains and countryside sound very promising. Official PS2 magazine says it has exclusive info about San Andreas this month, although it might just be similar to what you have posted

heres another screensht. this ones interesting cause ther is a guy in the front using his cell phone (mobile). could he be ringing the cops. if u remember this was supposed to happen in vice city but i never seen any of the pedestrianss actually ring the cops. i think this time it may have been implemented. if it has it will make the game harder bu a whole lot better.

bigger is better. it can never be too big. just think are u going to get bored playing this. no way. bigger in gta just means more to do. i think this game could possibly last over 100 hours. that is great. it is on e of the reasons why i love RPG's cause they are long and hate adventure games cause they are short.
