There are four Division 1s.
You choose your team and then your 'region' out of north, east south and west. Each region has the teams from that part of Europe. There's a list for those somewhere.

You start in Div 2 with 8 low quality teams of mixed regions. You get promoted to Div 1 of your region. All teams that finish in the top 4 of each Div 1 go to the WEFA championship which is like the champions league. And there's also another cup as there was before.

You can't make transfers in the first season - you have to wait till the end of the season.

Hope this helps. I have so far played one match of ML but it seems there is a full ML translation patch coming out soon so more info will be available then.
Ok thanks! So you can only play the teams in the other div 1s in the WEFA cup? In the regular seasons you only play the teams in your own division?

Eirik555, no you can't play WE7 on the PC
But PES3 made specifically for the PC should be coming out soon. Maybe by the end of the year.

Pilgrim, yes I think that's how it works. It's all regional.

hey gus....dont know whether this question already being answered......is it possible pes3 to play in online?

No, unfortunately. Certainly not for the PS2 version but there has been speculation the PC (coming out sometime this winter) version could have online play.

That would be great. Then I must buy PES3 for PC and PS2,and WE 7. That could be expensive. :(

Just to let you know, I played PES3 at ECTS last weekend, and some of the transfers have been done, Beckham was at Real Madrid. Great game, looks awesome!

juhu002, you wouldn't need to buy ALL 3 of them would you? 2 would be enough. They should all be nearly the same anyway.

you might as well buy PES3 and save your self the extra 40-50 quid of having to buy we7 as many people have said, PES3 and WE7 will be mostly the same.

Yes i know but I don't know which I shouldn't buy.
Can somebody tell me how to patch games(WE 7) or give me a link where it is explained. Is it easy or not?

Thanks Zygalski
Then I will buy WE 7 and Pes 3(PC). But where can I get WE 7?
It should not be too expensive.

I have heard about 2 interesting features but am not sure if they have been answered:-

- Are there replays whenever you want, not just goals?
- Is it easier playing home than away? If so, how?
Thanks

Yes you can do manual replays whenever but not when the ball is off the pitch. So if it is about to go off, you have to pause it quickly.

I think it is easier to play at home. Away matches in the ML seem tougher as the opposition plays much better. I don't have more details on that yet.

 Hmmm... That doesn't sound too logical to me.

I haven't played WE7 but I would probably want to use the manual replays when the ball has gone off the pitch (right after a near miss, for instance) and not in the middle of the match (there are lots of exceptions, of course).

Are you happy with the manual replays, Zygalski, and is it possible to go to replay when the ref has blown for a foul or a penalty and watch the incident again?

You can't watch a replay when the ref blows for a foul which is quite annoying. If you're quick enough, you can pause it to watch shots that go wide or are saved.

By the way, Zygalski...

What about the duration of the replays in WE7 compared to PES2 - is it still too short to include all the team work efforts and passes leading up to the goals?

They seem to be similar which I detest. One time at band camp...(oops). One time, I pulled together this awesome passing movement with Arsenal culminating in a sweet chip by Bergkamp but as I watched the replay, all I see is the end of a through ball and the ensuing chip. Pretty fucking annoying, if you ask me. FIFA 2003's replays were fairly long (from the little that I played of it), to tell you the truth.
