That's annoying, I still haven't done the score from 35m challenge on the awards screen yet. Finding long shots really hard on PES09, hopefully I am gonna play someone who has a keeper taking set pieces.

Into my second season with Sampdoria, top player 10 mins. Finished second in D2 and got knocked out of the cup in the first round last year. Just beat Roma away with nine men, Micheal Chopra (!) scoring the winner. I'm gonna try to stick to buying fairly average players mixed with one or two superstars, plus Cassano, because he is an absolute animal.

Im in my 4th season now playing on top player, won everything there is 2 win apart from the Master Cup which i can never be entered for. Not played it in awhile but will start again soon hopefully. Got Plenty of money in the Bank and proabably wont need to sign any players for about 4 season or more. Also i play with Arsenal with a 4 - 1 - 2- 3 Formation.

I created a custom team Reggg United and got 3 players. A Gk from Nigeria I think Enyeama or something like that. An AMF named Torres from Colombia I think and Sonck as my CF. Only played 1 game and lost to St. Etienne 1-0. Playing on Top Player with Normal Dificulty and transfers.

I presume you have Fat Brazilian Ronaldo unlocked? I am using one I created, using his PES5 data. And his condition is awful, he's yet to start for me, come on as a sub twice... is his condition 2 for you as well?

no i'm using the created one with the old stats off vons option file. his conditions crap, he started for half a season for me but then i bought cavanaghi so he's had sub appearances since, scored about 30 goals all together for me in the 3 years i've had him. just won the league again earlier today with 8 games to spare 25 wins 5 draws 0 losses . just the cups to go now, have to overturn first leg losses though

Won the D2 league and cup double with Man City... in the end I suppose it was too easy with all the superstars I loaned and signed on frees... these were the goals they scored each int he second half of the season:
Nesta 1, Harte 1, Kaka 3, Zidane 5, Torres 5, Ronaldo 8
But it was still good fun playing with them. Deleting this gamefile now, back to Hopeful United, at last.

Professional, 10 minute games
Started off with a custom team, so used my 1000 points to sign Landon Donovan and Vincent Eneyama. Eneyama soon lost his place in my team thanks to some costly errors, but thanks to the brilliance of Donovan and Guiterrez I managed to win a few games. Knocked out of the D2 cup and failed to gain promotion in my first year.
So far midway through my third season, I have relied on free signings so far and swap deals to try and strengthen my squad. I will admit to some slight cheating...my friends and I regularly have tournaments among ourselves, so we created a team full of our friends with fairly epic stats...anyway, I have signed a couple of these guys to strengthen my team, but plan on selling them at the end of this season for some finacial security. I can justify it...our stats are nothing on the legendary players who have all been signed by big teams, so its not that bad honest...
Anyway, my team is pretty much as follows:
GK: Lustuvka, Matty C, Wolf
DF: Mancienne, Nyatanga, Maldini, Jamie, Bustos, Walton, Harris, Myung-Bo
MF: Shubin, Zengin, Diego Capel, Buonanotte, Matt G, Robby, Ederson
ST: Gutierrez, Donovan, Di Maria, Francis, Sergio Garcia, Trickovski, Orellano, Kaka (Loan), Saivet
All players in bold are created.
Going to have a hugely busy transfer window i feel. Looking to offload all the dead weight and bring in some class youngsters. Top of my list is the likes of Giovinco and Gouffran. Looking to offload the following:
Lustuvka, Mancienne, Shubin, Zengin, Capel, Matt G, Robby, Ederson, Di Maria, Gutierrez, Donovan, Di Maria, Trickovski

I agree the World Cup way of unlocking players was good, and awards for winning cups in ML (but not for the Masters Cup; it's like it's rewarding you for not being good enough for the European Championship) is okay, but the awards for winning the domestic leagues is frankly taking the mick... it would take me months of solid gaming to do it all. And it would be nigh on 40 games with the same team, which is so boring.

Got promoted in my first season, with 5 draws and two losses against me and also won the D2 Cup. I'm using a collection of players shared between the PES United and W11 Whatever clubs, edited to my own player names and for my fictional Plymouth City. Signed 11 players, 10 on a free, including Zebina, Srna and John O'Shea. Just playing pre-season, don't need any more players, but I'll probably sign at least one more!
I'm on regular. I once moved up to five stars on ISS Pro Evo many moons ago, but I never liked how much you had to chase the game and I enjoy staying at regular these days.
