No, your wrong again... In what way did Konami copy EA with the BAL mode? Please explain clearer... Its not rocket science to understand your customers will one day expect to try playing as a single player... Whether another game has got it or not. Its different if BAL was completely the same as BAP, but its not!

So if you still stick with your opinion on Konami copying EA with the BAL mode, its just the same to say EA copied Komani in releasing a football game? Its also the same to say Counter Strike copied COD4, their both FPS that do near enough the same thing... Which is also wrong... You see where this is going?

No-one has copied anyone... Konami decided to add the BAL mode and have succeeded better than EA at controlling a single player. Football is football at the end of the day, you can play it in more ways than one!

I'm super disapointed of this game. Well, maybe that's because i have "only" PS2 and today i've discovered that Konami didn't invest even one minute to change anything from last year's version. The game is exactly the same. Ok, so ther'es the BAL option and new menus... and? what about the champions league??? why can't the PS2 gamers enjoy it as well? it's not that we're asking for the same graphics of the PS3, we just want to play the CL like everyone else. Tha'ts not fair, and there's no reason to do that. And what about the gameplay? no new moves... i'm so disapointed. Same stadiums, less licensed teams... This game is one of the greates disapointments that i had with PES series.
They leave me no choice, but to dream about buying the PS3, and i live in Argentina. a PS3 worth's like 2 months of salary.
I hate Konami now, they've really spet in the faces of PS2 gamers

dont worry the game plays the same on the ps3 just with better graphics and shit online play....

As for PC's being overrated. I think your chatting out of your ass there mate. GTA4 may not be released as of yet for the PC, but there completely reworking the multiplayer... What do 360 and PS3 get? Nothing... Who's having problems with PES? Me the PC user, or you the console user? No problems at my end, hardware, software or online. So I guess that's you. Most of the games that come out for consoles only are boring anyway... I love my RTS and FPS games... Name me a decent RTS game? Name me a decent RPG? You simply can't because all the best games in that department come out for PC!

Seriously, what has a PS3 got that a PC hasn't? Don't even bothered with better graphics because for one, I have a very powerful machine that can max out any game, and two, You need a HDTV to get the maximum visual effects from a PS3... Oops that's another 500 quid gone... So seriously you have nothing that you can come up against the PC with.:fplm:



I've had this PC for a year now and I expect it to last for maybe 5 years, the graphics card I've had for 2 years. 8800GTX and its still one of the best cards out today. cost me £250 at the time but its cheaper now...

It works both ways "faggot". Developers/publishers go for money rather than customer satisfaction. Which is why I will not pay for a game I am not 110% with. If I like a game, by all means I will support the devs and buy the legit version. As I have done with many games... (saying that, Far Cry 2 should be coming through the post any time soon).

Only problem I have with PES 2009 so far is the glitch where the ball travels through players. It's bad enough when the ball travels 'through' a players leg, but when the ball goes 'through' the goalkeepers body and into the net for a goal, it's beyond ridiculous.

Anyone know if this glitch will be fixed with the new update ?

If you look inside a ps3 you will find the same things you find in a pc, to start talking about what is better etc is a simple hardware arguement and one not for this forum..try pc monthly
