Improvement , my friend means: Progress, recovery, cure or recuparation so please use ur words wisely. if you meant additions now that's something else. but improvements and additions aren't the same.
if MANU signs a player, it doesn't mean an improvement of the team or squad because not every addition is an improvement. it can prove to be an improvement in the future but that remains to be seen because it can also be a failed addition.
so just like the example you gave with MANU you make the same mistake with FIFA09.
All these things u summed up at the moment are additions to improve the game but if it will really improve the game remains to be seen or can't u understand that ?
so the only way u will know if aaaaalllllll these 250 additions will improve the game is when u've played it,but you must admit FIFA'S marketting is supurb because they've got u believing that the additions already improve the game even though you haven't played it yet.
intellegance my friend is knowledge ,and wisdom is when you use that knowledge to your advantage.
so here are some wise words : don't judge the book by it's cover or in ur case don't judge the game by it's videos.
jesus christ! you need help. An improvement is a change designed to enhance the game. The stuff I pasted was from the fifa 09 website and it uses 'improvements' not me. The points listed are indeed designed to improve the game. Most arent additions because they arent new, theyre just fine tuning aspects of the previous game. Some stuff may be considered as additions such as the fifa live update, but essentially they are improvements. The fact remains, they are designed to improve the game, so are improvements. If you cant get that into your head, then you are indeed thick!
As for Man Utd signing Berbatov, I class him as an improvement as well as an addition because guess what! he will enhance the team! whereas someone like heskey would just be an addition. and yes he hasnt yet played for us, but any idiot can tell you that berbatov is a class player.
Anyway, if Im not basing my judgement at this point in time on gameplay videos and people who have tested it with their opinions, then what should I base it on? I will further my judgement when the demo comes out but from what I have seen and heard, I have been impressed. Yes, its also a lot to do with marketing, so maybe konami need to give some thought on that as well.
