After playing WWE Smackdown, I'd like to see a referee mode introduced, where you make the decisions. Give him a red for a clean tackle, disallow goals because you didn't see it, penalties for no reason and offside whenever. It would be hard to do, but it would also be funny.
I would love to have an option where you can give players a punch, or an elbow in the face. When playing against a friend or the CPU, and being ...-0 behind or something, that might be a big relief. Cooling down your frustration.
I bet there are a lot of players feeling the same way

Also want to see the referee on the pitch.
Some more weather conditions, like snow on the pitch, and some mud when it is heavily raining. When players tackle, it would be fun to see some mud on the shirt, the short,... It would also be cool to have wet and/or muddy spots on the pitch.

i think also that during a season players should be injuryed more!!!! or have colds or flus or slight knocks or even be away on international dutys, id like 2 see more hand jestures from the players when a pass goes a stray etc!! and better celebrations authentic ones but make a few different for the top players like raul kisses his hand he could also slide on his knees and kiss his hand stuff like that and more improved kit designing which also includes putting ur own team badges on the shirt and make up sponsers by righting wot u want so u could put vodafone or o2

Edit mode - Players: Looks like PES3 has this well covered, but I'd like to add customisable celebrations. And as someone said earlier give them different gear for different conditions (like Madden NFL does) eg Henry wearing gloves in cold conditions.

Commentary: Peter Brackley should have more input, he sounds great on ITV when he does the Premiership - dump Brooking though, get Andy Gray - Ideally get Martin Tyler too!
Player profiles (again like Madden) Before kickoff, show closeup of star players - perhaps have a comment like "They'll be looking to this man to dominate up front today, his scoring record is very impressive" a caption could come up on screen like " Ruud van Nistelrooy FW Age 25 ML Goals 5" Also during play (after a miss or incident, have another close up with caption like "David Beckham #23 RMF: G 0 Pass Attempts 23 Completed 19 Assists 2 Shots 13 On target 8 Goals 1.

id like 2 se a better transfer system with real money rather than points and when u sign a player you can view him signing for u wiv his new shirt on etc!!!

do u think konami could do all this i doubt it we will b waiting for years til we see a game so advanced should get proper licences so we can have the premiership, la liga , serie A , budersleague and the others as well as all the comps like the fa cup the champions league etc!!!

oh and another thing im sure am not the only one but when i win the league or a cup compertion i wanna see more celebrations than a 30 second thing wiv the players waving there arms around like a bunch of children excited about goin 2 the fair ground i wanna see a proper ceromony wiv the losing team goin up first 2 collect there medals then the champions go up one by one 2 get a medal then they lift the trophy and do a lap of honour id like 2 see summit like real madrids title celebrations last yeah that would b good
