Yeah this p*sses me off too. Killa KMX is a name that has cropped up here a couple of times and he quit on me. Funny thing is one time he had his headset on and he managed to beat me 1-0 and he was acting all nice and agreeing with me when I was complaining about quitters. I have had at least 50% of the games I have been winning is end in the other person quitting, yet I have been absolutely battered by some top players (my 1st game ever was against Italianguy and I was getting annihiliated) and I always stay on.
What I have been doing with someof the people on my friends list is playing 'Home and Away' matches, with players taking it in turns to host, to negate the lag over the 2 ties. It adds a bit of drama to the 'away' tie!
Anyway, my gamertag is ryanb741 and please add me to it as I want to play 90 minute games, not 65 minute ones!

I went on the other night and it was the 6th game b4 I got a game with afinish, turns out it was a 11 year old , how come it takes an 11 yr old to not quit put him as a friend and often play him
However iv had one instance, I was playing a league play off game for a nother forum 86min jus scored winning 1-0 and the player quit ,had to play the retun leg with me hosting and the chap said why did you quit? Isaid the same turns out that the server must of quit us but he still gave me the win for the playoff game so there are the odd instances when there is a technical prob

Wow hold on against javuvu.
This quitting senario has been rageing in our group 10 forum and it sounds like a really bad connection between the two players is to blame for him quitting or rather he keeps getting frozen out. So just hold out, no-one else has put his name forward so sometimes there is a true reason why someone doesn't finish a game, I have had about 4/5 games freeze me out and I have had no choice but to turn off my xbox and I'm sure most of us have been in the same situation.

Yup I aint a quitter I can (and loadsa others) can assure you of that, in fact Im Mr justice when it comes to quitters! 
The young lad who put that up had a nightmare connection which caused the game to freeze. I dont think Im gonna name and shame any body from now on, it causes too many arguments, aint worth the hassle. Right now to go and ask young ashleywalsall to remove his rather hurtful post, sniff.

I'm playing Costa Green 2 as I type and nothing is happening. I went a goal up, and then the person has stop playing. We are playing as we speak. The sneaky twat!! I left the pad assuming I would win the game as the other player just wasn't playing, and then out of the blue he starts playing and puts one wide with Kaka.

It is annoying when a player quits on you but just as bad if not worse are the players with shitty connections! I played two players last night and the connection was awful it cost me 2 games ! at one point I pressed the shoot button 3 times nothing happened then next thing I know the ball is in with the opposing team and he runs down to score a goal! On another occasion the ball was right next to my goalkeeper and despite trying to move him to pick the damn thing up he just stood there and in goes another goal! I have a 600K connection which is more than good enough. My point is people complain about the quitters but the laggy connections can cost you games and doesnt really reflect the better player winning!
Thing is though, I cant believe that even when i'm playing a few client games, and winning, the guy goes and quits!! its almost like, he must be thinking how is this possible?? how can the client be beating me??? well if the line is godo enough and lag is minimal I can put up a decent fight, ok so i may lose by a few goals, but i'll give em a game no doubt. But why cant they just take defeat like a man and get on with it??

I let my m8 play a game and he was 2-1 down at half time. I played second half and scored two beauties with Del Piero. The bastard quits on 86th.
