This is the mail i have sent to the dear guys at Konami...waiting for response( automatic lol):


DEAR KONAMY
This is my opinion on PES 2009 ONLINE nline is a JOKE( and not a very good one) totaly unresponsive….no defence only attack …2008 online was far better than this … MESSI,IBRA,ETO and company should be in the GOD OF WAR GAME not in the PES 2009 especially online!! You need 2 second to switch the player in the defence! Teleporting is "good" as 2008 game!! I must say you are about to lose one die hard fan after what you did with 2008 and 2009 online and i think i am not going to be the only one ! You should look at the forums and listen to the fans a little bit !!! I am aware that i am probably get an automatic response from YOU but there it is!!!

You forgot to mention that the game is shi*e, a truly awful footballing experience and that it would be an insult to compare Pro 2008 & 2009 to previous versions of what once the greatest footy game around.

Once again you have failed to deliver. Listen even Heroin addicts have a limit...if their dealers keeps giving them crappy drugs they will go elsewhere....you have been warned if you cock up next year (yes...next year because I know your November patch will also be useless) you will show your loyal fans what a w*nker you really are. FIX UP AND LOOK SHARP!

What really gets me is how konami manage to go from excellent to stupididty. Pro evo 6 - awesome online, pro evo 2008 - shocking online, but problems were highlighed early hence should have made the new one superb online. But they havent. what is wrong with them??

For all those you should rent first, im sorry but if they demand a £39.99 price tag all elements of the game should be perfect no glitches and if glitches occur the release should be put back or the price dropped until a fix is available.

I dont understand why konami havent gone back to the basics of pro evo 6 network play???

At the end of the day if i wanted a sensless update i would go and waste my money on fifa year after year. Im starting to worry that pro evo is following this trend.

Only good thing with PES6 online was the chat room, you had lag cheats everywhere, it was hard to find a good game. But, it did get better towards the release of PES08. The gameplay for PES6 was awesome not online though... As for PES08, even though I feel this is the worst, it wasn't that bad online. I had it for both 360 and PC. 360 was bad online, and the gameplay was really slow. After trying it for PC, it was like a different game but still not up to standards (gameplay wise). The online was fine, I just didn't like the random match thing they had going on...

As for demanding 39.99, their not demanding it. You don't have to buy it, and if you had any doubts you would have waited to see what everyone else thought of it, or rented it. There are worse games out than PES09 also priced higher. As for Konami setting the price back, are you serious? Even if they did set the price back, would you pay the extra once its updated? No. Would you still be here making a post like that if you paid half price? Yes.

Maybe next year you and quite a few others will rent the game? It will save you so much money if you don't like it. :fplm:
